The large bottom bed allowed for my large teenager to feel comfortable, the seperate dining and living areas, it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Beautiful and quiet and very relaxing environment. It didn’t affect me but I thought it was great the people with caravans had their own bathrooms and could drive straight into their slot with the trailer with the set up of the driveways. Availability of the laundry.

Having to wash dishes before leaving. The couch/carpet smelt slightly like previous animal or perhaps small children accidents. I wasn’t sure if the shower had mould or just stained, we ran out of toilet paper 😢

The new superior accommodation was modern, clean, comfy and everything we needed for a four night stay. The location was central for all our adventures and with a two-year-old, the jumping pillow was a massive hit. Being tucked away in the corner of the park provided a welcomed quiet location.

Cleaning equipment lacked, especially for the bbq. No spray & wipe for a five day stay with a two year old, never mind a family with multiple children. Also feel that providing the basics for 'superior' accommodation would make a huge difference - greaseproof paper, alfoil, cooking oil, salt & pep.

The cabin felt spacious and the main room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Good setup with the TV directly in front of the bed. Water pressure from the shower was good. Airconditioning worked well, the wall paneling did rattle here and there from it though.

The bathroom is outdated, but everything still works fine. However the bathroom window had a separate panel of flyscreen area that had a big black spider living in there with a lot of spiderwebs and dust. I don't think the spider could easily get out into the actual bathroom from the panel it was in, but it was still visually horrible to look at when using the bathroom and had clearly been there a long time!

Extremely happy with our stay, the superior chalets are absolutely amazing. Our two girls loved the chalets as well. Enough room for all four of us. Had its own little lounge which was very handy to have. Located right near the jumping pillow and pool which was handy as it wasnt far to walk for little legs. Staff were extremely friendly as well. Our kids loved the front porch and front lawn area to run and dance around.

There wasnt much that we didnt like at all. We were very happy with our stay. Loved the convenient location the caravan park was in and loved the kids activities that were around.

Good sized cabin and the kitchen was well equipped. Camp kitchen with the pizza ovens was great. Super clean BBQs. We loved the grass area available around the cabins for our toddler.

Ants in the 2nd bedroom. Fridge noise and toilet kept running - notified staff who will have maintenance review. Pool area chairs could use a good clean and some more shade in the pool area. Swing set needs updating - a baby swing would be great. An accessible and clear footpath would be helpful so you aren’t walking on the road through the caravan park.

The layout and the furnishings are changed and in good working condition. The hob, air-conditioning unit are new. The utensils are big enough and not those mini sized ones. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. There are 2 laundry rooms and in one of them, there are 4 working washing machines and 2 dryers. The laundry is clean and there are sufficient laundry lines to hang our clothes. The guests are decent people and do not disrespect the peace and privacy of other occupants.

When I asked on November 10th over the Phone, Reception staff said need more time and get back to me, fellowing day she call me and said Sorry we don’t give this type of service,(January 10th was my daughter s 16th Birthday, when requested little Surprises Decorations and Small Cake to Arrange for me to be paid on our Family arrival), Management has rejected my request???

The unit was fine and well furnished for two people.

The price is continually going up. I have been going for five years originally in my camper then two stays in the deluxe cabin and the last stay in a one bedroom cabin, which cost me more than the deluxe the year previous. Had a quote for next year and the price for a studio cabin was over a $100 more than this year. So that’s my last stay.

Our chalet was modern, comfortable and in a quiet corner of the park while still being close to the areas our children wanted to play in. The private bbq and deck area were well sheltered and a lovely spot to relax day or night.

Only very minor things if I was going to be picky; a broom in the chalet so we could sweep it out as necessary, and our big outdoor bin was too full to close the lid with previous occupants rubbish for a couple of days until bins were emptied. Perhaps could be replaced with another bin for newcomers.

This was our 2nd stay. We had a very cozy and comfortable chalet, with everything we need! The park facilities are great for kids, my daughter loved the playground and jumping pillow! Staff are lovely and helpful too.
