I've stayed in a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels in Hyd - this was the first time I stayed at Le Meridien I was amazed at how helpful and courteous the staff was from check in to housekeeping. The head of housekeeping Mr. Srinivas Reddy would leave a note and snacks every day - which added a really nice personal touch. The front desk staff - especially Mr Sai Ram were extremely helpful when I needed to extend my stay and or change mode of payment - small things like this are usually unneccesarily complicated at most other hotels in my experience. The room was extremely large, with a nice big window, and the facilities were very clean and up to date. Overall I truly enjoyed my stay and this will become my main hotel in Hyd henceforth.

The bar on the rooftop with a pool is extremely nice with a gorgeous view however it was very very loud. It would be nice if there was a small outdoor space to relax or read or have a cup of coffee without blaring music since the city itself is already loud.

We enjoyed huge variety of breakfast at Turquoise Restaurant with fantastic service by the staff especially Vikhas and Tabrez for going out way to help out. Can't forget the prompt house keeping service & travel desk service. Overall all Le Meridien exceeded our expectation. Thank you!

The breakfast was a delightful experience, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to start the day. From fresh fruits and bakery items to savory options, there was something for every palate. The location of the hotel, set in a prime area of the city, added to the charm, providing easy access to local attractions while maintaining a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. The combination of excellent food and a convenient, well-positioned setting made for a memorable stay.

Very clean room and linens and towels. Staff was very cordial and helpful. Whatever I requested was met timely. Check-in, receptionists, kichen staff, request for early check-in and late check-out everything was met with great hospitality.

The room was very cold inspite of putting AC off. The bathroom door got stuck from the outside but was able to use a player to open without having to call for any repairs. The toilet was smelling bad because of drainage clogging even though the flush was working just fine

Outstanding service from check-in till check out. Special shout out to Mukesh, Dolly and their team, and all the chefs, service staff in F & B. Very good food in all the options we tried - Turquoise, Jade, Club Lounge and In-room dining. Good spa.

Location .. but that can't be helped. It was too hot to use the rooftop pool. Also the pool was surrounded by tables of the Jasper Grill, a little bit as if the pool was more a (nice) decor for the restaurant rather than for actual swimming.

Friendly staff , great restaurant for breakfast, comfortable room.

This is a small thing but the bed comforter was winter heavy. Meaning it was too thick if I had a bed sheet I would have been fine but when I got cold I would get hot very fast if i used the comforter.

Cleanliness needs a lot of attention Expectations from the bonvoy Marriott chain is little higher then what it surpasses the rest chain of hotels. Table had coffee stains and so the desk at the TV there was continuous work going on at the lobby of the room of my 7th floor which has caused a lot of disturbance during my stay ,, I was already in my concall meets neither I would have definitely changed that floor asap

The location of Le Meridian Hyderabad is great and very Central, making it easily accessible across the city. The rooms very neat, clean and comfortable and well equipped. The front desk and housekeeping was also very good and a special mention to the breakfast. Great spread, wide variety of food and food service. The open air bar Jasper was also beautiful and a great place to lounge in the evenings. Overall great Hotel, providing a neat, clean, and comfortable stay.

The spread of breakfast was good. The entire staff on the floor was taking care of all the guests and assisting them personally. The Team at reception was very good especially Yeshwant. He took care of me very well. Rizwan from housekeeping was also very good in making up the room on daily basis. Nithin at the Club Lounge was also very good. I liked his smile. He took care of us very well in the Club Lounge.

The location was easy to find and very good for stay, for holiday or work. Good overall spread for breakfast and great service throughout. Didnt enjoy the veg platter for dinner as much, but otherwise, the food was good. The dal tadka was exceptional. The rooftop restaurant was nice and cozy.

A couple of things, though the occupancy was for two, the accessories in the room were provided for one. Later upon request, they did provide whatever was necessary. At dinner time, the vegetarian platter was below average, but other food everything was good.
