Wingate has amazingly comfortable beds and pillows. We stay here often and their beds are part of the reason. The staff is always so sweet, courteous and ready to help. We also love the pool area. It is well maintained and surprisingly spacious.

We had some issues with people acting in inappropriate ways in the pool while several children were present, but it had nothing to do with the property or staff itself.

Beds were very comfy, good size room (420sq ft), shower had great water pressure and breakfast was excellent. Relatively quiet space even tho it was by the highway, pool was pretty nice and so was the hot tub

Fan in bathroom barely worked, there is not a thermostat on the ac unit so it ran the entire time we were there. It cooled the room to the point of freezing, which depending on who you are, is either a plus or a minus (my hubby and I were happy with it the 14 yr old not so much😄)

Cleanliness, staff.

There used to be sufficient area for all of our group to park their trucks and trailers but due to construction of a gas station behind the property there is virtually no where to park them. Some had to park on the lawn which led to their vehicles being under the sprinklers leaving hard water spots all over them. This hotel should at least purchase the vacant lot across the street if possible

The area was very nice. The room was very clean when we arrived. The hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub which we enjoyed. I enjoyed the exercise room, it was clean and quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I can honestly say that there is nothing that I didn't like. The area was great and quiet. Myself or my children did not have any complaints. I plan to book here again in the future. I recommend this hotel.

Great room (deluxe king suite), good breakfast, variety would be nice, same thing every day( sausage or bacon), Hallways were pretty warm. A/C in room was great.

Jacuzzi jets in the room didn't seem to work to full capacity. Curtain was ripped. The hotel staff was notified. No food or drinks allowed in the pool area. At least limit it to glass bottles.

The whole facility was generally clean, parking lot was well lit, staff was friendly, room was neat.

If I had to get picky, there was a spot of gross dirt on the wall under the mirror, the floor in the bathroom needs scrubbing, The counterpane (which is really just an annoying piece of bedding designed to be "pretty") was missing. We would have liked six pillows instead of four, but brought one from home, so it didn't really matter much.

Bed was comfortable and the place was clean.

The woman at the desk was impersonal, reclined in her desk chair and used her speaker phone to loudly broadcast business for some time. That's completely unprofessional and annoying, to wait for this loud two-way conversation to end, while waiting to check in. Did I say annoying and unprofessional? Normal, loud A/C Breakfast was the normal fare served in these places. Orange colored water... for orange juice. Somebody wasn't on their game.

Comfortable bed, good water pressure, plenty of towels. Because our original room was not cleaned, we got a free upgrade. Pool area was chilly so we used the fitness room instead. Hot breakfast was appreciated. Good variety.

Needs warmer pool. Breakfast was sort of sugar-heavy, maybe some plain yogurts?

We loved the pool area, the location was fantastic since it was right off the interstate but so close to everything. It was clean and comfortable.

Pool could have been a bit cleaner, but I understand with that many people using it I’m sure it’s hard to keep pristine. Breakfast was just ok, eggs were sitting in water which super grossed me out, but everything else was great.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and well presented! Also, hotel was in a great location for visiting the Corvette museum!

Not really a big deal, but some things in the room and lobby were looking a little worn. A minor consideration.
