Convenient, clean and price was reasonable.

$100 deposit held, taking 3-5 days for the money to be refunded. I am tired of paying for other people who fail to follow rules. Corporate America continuing to find ways to use my $$. This is unfair and although life ain't fair, another example of businesses finding ways to make more money. No way someone (Comfort or the bank) isn't making interest on all those $100 deposits. And why? Credit cards are required. Damages should be charged to people's credit card, not a penalty or rip to those who follow the rules.

The people that were at the desk were friendly and efficient. The room seemed clean and layout was very good for our family needs. Seemed to be in a safe area and had plenty of restaurant options. The doors were solid and room was quiet.

Nothing Negative stood out. Sometimes it surprises me that there are people who struggle with caulking (tub) than myself but I've seen worse. It has nothing to do with the hotel exactly but I'm wondering why anyone would start building apartments so close to the hotel building itself. But, this would be a bigger problem for the apartments and less an issue for staying at the hotel.

The location is ideal for visiting my sister who lives around the corner from here, the beds were comfortable and appeared clean, and the room and bathroom were very spacious

It was hard to catch someone at the front desk, our sofa bed in our room was unusable and uncomfortable to even sit on. The room looked clean at first glance but there was debris on the floor especially under and around the beds. We kept finding little plastic gems stuck to our feet from the carpet. Also at one point around 9:30 pm our room began to shake as if there were an earthquake, I believe because of the proximity to the laundry room which was in use.

My room was EXTREMELY clean - I rarely will take a sit-down bath in a hotel, but this was was gleamingly clean, so I soaked away days of travel aches. The bed/bedding was very comfortable, as well. The location was fine; lots of restaurants nearby, and a block or two off the main road, so there was minimal car noise.

$50 pet fee is excessive - my dog is non-shedding, completely house-broken, quiet and well-behaved. The room we stayed in was not carpeted, so I can't see what, if any, additional cleaning fees would apply. I used to travel with 3 children who caused a LOT more damage/cleaning issues than does my dog - lol!

Clean spacious rooms. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was quiet and near many restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly.

Breakfast had lots of choices ( waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, bananas, potatoes and pastries) however at 8:30 it was cold and needed to be refreshed. Pet fee is too high. ($50) I come to BG a lot and will stay here unless I have my dog with me.

we loved how big the room was and the couch was definitely a must have for our family. It made the stay more comfortable.

the pool hours are posted and it says 8am-10pm, however, on the day of checkout I had promised my little girl we would swim first thing when it opened before we checked out. We were there for the drag races and it was exceptionally hot on Saturday and to late to swim when we got in. so Sunday we got to the pool and there was no towels so we went to the front desk and she informed me that today they didn’t open till 10am. My 5 year old little girl cried her eyes out because she didn’t get to swim after I had promised her all day the day before she could. If you have certain hours on certain days for the pool just have them posted so situations like mine don’t happen. As a parent I felt horrible and it made me look like a liar.

It was clean and great location.

The pet fees of $50 per pet were outrageous- didn’t show up in info when I was booking otherwise would have chose elsewhere. It was a very nice place but an extra $100 for a one night stay was very steep and have never came close to paying that anywhere ever- not even at Air BnBs- may want to revise that fee!!

Breakfast was great—lots of choices and a clean, well-laid out breakfast area. Super impressed that there was someone constantly wiping down tables. The lobby area was well lit for coming in and night—really like the emphasis on quiet hours. The indoor pool was very nice—just wish we had more time to enjoy it! The location was super easy to get to and offered a quieter stay than being right next to the interstate.

The toiletries were partially used, but we usually bring our own. We did not ask for more, but feel that if we had needed then they would have taken care of things.

The location and the room was spacious. reasonably priced. We requested to be away from the elevator and they did. The night staff was super friendly. They did provide breakfast.

The red cover at the foot of the bed needed to be changed there was something on it in 2 places that was obvious to see. we stayed the night before and checked out, later in the day we decided to stay another night booked online again. When we got there ended up with the same room. lol. the red cover had not been cleaned and desk was still sticky. shower doors needed cleaned. the people who stayed in the room above us stomped all during the night moving those footstools.

Staff was very helpful. We had a reservation at the hyatt place downtown Bowling Green and and when we arrived, they said they had over booked and didn't have a room for us. Comfort Suites came through with a room for us for 5 nights.

Very clean, very nice staff, good breakfast. Can't go wrong staying here!
