The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices. And the location was also great.

The bathroom needed updating. The tub looked dirty. There were no mats so the bottoms were brown. Also have regular channels. I did not like the $5 parking fee that I was not told about. When I booked my room, it said total with all taxes included. That's what I expected. Then I had to check out by 11 and pay for parking for that day. I feel to pay that much for a room, the parking should be included, which it had been every year we've stayed there.

Breakfast and wait staff were excellent! The front desk people were always checking our needs. The room was spacious and handicap accessible.

The handicap doors in and out of the Hotel do not work properly sometimes you had to open them manually. The handicap seat for the shower had no back to it which made it a little scary, and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, The last 2 days of our stay the cleaning people were non existent, we had to ask for towels and our garbage to be taken out.

The breakfast was a let down considering all the rest of our stay was excellent. While it looked like it would be good, the staff was overwhelmed due to the hotel being full. Food was adequate but I wouldn't say good. Powdered eggs were just that, French toast was hard, watermelon was spoiled, and everything was similar to a breakfast you would get at a low end hotel that included breakfast in the stay. Wish I hadn't paid for it when booking as I would have preferred McDonalds.

I liked the front desk ladies Alex and Ashley. Ashley was very nice upon arrival and got me into a room early. Alex was very nice when I spoke with her at 3am because the room at buzzing sound coming from a speaker next to fire alarm. She got me into another room two doors down that had same issue but I was grateful to her for trying to make my stay better. She had a pleasant attitude and really listened to me. There was a very friendly African American housekeeper (I did not get her name or would call her by name) she was pleasant to talk to and gave me extra sheets.

Loved this hotel. There is nothing bad to say about this place. Very quiet, large rooms, completely comfortable beds & pillows, liquor bar & lounge, breakfast/dinner bar,(food was good and fresh)huge sitting area for visiting with a waterfall, close to stores & restaurants, convention center attached to it plus the staff is over & beyond friendly to help with anything you need. Definitely will be back.

The breakfast was excellent. Had a variety of items and even though they said thy were short staffed, we still were waited in a timely matter. All the staff, front desk and all were very friendly.

We were not told we had to ask for housekeeping when we checked in. We had only one set of towels and had to go get towels and toilet tissue was almost gone when we checked in. We had to call for that also. And they could only give one roll. Our key never worked. We had to keep going to the front desk. The last time I had to get someone to come open it for us. They apologized for that.

We had the buffet which we enjoyed. Cooked oatmeal was delicious! There was something for everyone

Our coffee maker did not work. We did not ask them to change it, since we were not in the room that much.

We had a handicap accessible room and they met All my needs and requests. Room was spacious. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was great. The staff was on top of everything! We will be return customers.

The very last night, a party with kids arrived and allowed them to run up and down the halls and bang doors for almost 2 hours.

Check in was quick, room was large and very clean. We did not get our bed preference otherwise everything was great. I only had coffee but my granddaughter enjoyed her breakfast

Location was good. Staff was good, hotel was nice.

My room had a foul smell. Someone had put an air freshener in the vent in an attempt to fix it. It just looked trashy and didn’t help the moldy, cat urine smell.
