It was very clean. We didn’t like the smell of cleaning products that were used.

We didn’t realize the hotel was in the middle of a college. It was noisy with street noise & the sound of a train during the night. The first night was noisy from the people on the floor above us too. There was a parking garage attached which was unusual. We didn’t know about that until we arrived. The two nights we were there, the cable tv was not working well. The tv programs would go off for 30 or 40 seconds & come back on for same amount of time. We inquired about it on the first night & was told a technician was working on it. It was never fixed.

I really liked the room, the neighborhood, the pool, the weight room and the neighborhood were great. The area is safe, lovely, near other good places including the planetarium! Bed and bedding were really nice too. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Really liked all of them! Nice lobby too. Several guest that came in for the Corvette event, having a great time, sitting in the lobby, talking and laughing and enjoying themselves. And I love coming down to the lobby To wait for my family to visit. The only thing that could have been improved was the refrigerator. It cooled only slightly.

Rather I had two different rooms and both had poorly functioning mini refrigerators. But as I said before, I would not hesitate to come back and stay at this place again and again.

It was in a nice place. Right near the university. I could walk to places to eat or Tore. And I could also drive very easily anywhere I wanted to go. I found the value exceptional. The food was fairly good. Especially love the coffee, the computer and printer worked pretty well. And the pool was beautiful. They had a weight room. I really like that as well. Parking was very convenient. I would most definitely go back there again.

I don’t have any comments for this section because I really, really enjoyed staying there. I don’t have a bad thing to say about it. :)

The staff were super friendly and helpful!!! The room was very spacious and clean! The bed was comfortable, on the firm side, but still comfortable. The location was quiet and we were able to get the sleep needed. When we had some extra requests the staff were so accomodating and helpful. Parking wasn't an issue with the large parking garage right behind, but it was mentioned that since the college was out there was plenty of parking around. Easy location for going to the Corvette museum. We also enjoyed the morning options for breakfast and coffee (for hubby). Plenty of space to lounge in the lobby in areas away from the entrance.

No complaints to think of for this property. It met our expectations and we were very happy with our stay.

The coffee was good, and hot. The yogurt bar was a great thing to offer. I liked having an outdoor seating option. Thank you!

I appreciated the breakfast but it was mediocre. The first morning I got there early and the hot foods were luke warm and the eggs were cold. I liked the yogurt bar, but addition of some fresh berries and bananas would have put it over the top. The second morning I came down later (7:30am) and everything was seriously depleted. No mugs, no cut up fruit. The workers were busy but couldn’t keep up.

Breakfast was great. Very nice variety and always refreshed. Beds in the room were comfortable.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Both times the cable stations have trouble coming in. I could not watch local or cable channels on the TV. I tried streaming to the TV from my mobile device, but got frustrated and gave up. It would be great if Hyatt Place figured out the TV issues.

The staff was very friendly....never failed to greet us when we walked by. Gave us suggestions about where to eat. The breakfast buffet was very good. There were more choices on Tuesday when I went down earlier.

I would have liked more fresh fruit choices. There was only one fruit choice each day we were there. The bananas on Monday were past their prime....only choice, and on Tuesday it was oranges....they were fine...but only choice.

Loved the location and the shuttle to and from the football stadium. The staff, especially Nick, was very helpful in answering all of my questions.

The TV service was no good, our room thermostat was not working correctly. Breakfast food and coffee temperatures were too cold. One elevator was not working for our entire stay and made it difficult to get to our room on the fourth floor.

We had three grandsons with us, and they each got hungry for cereal later at night. The staff went out of their way to get them their favorite cereal night after night with zero complaints! The greatest strength of this hotel was most definitely the staff because the pictures were misleading. For example, the pool looked much larger online, as did the room. There was a little black mold in the bathrooms, but what can you expect when there is no fan/vent in the bathroom. Otherwise, for the value, it was a great place to stay. Their maintenance man was friendly and helpful too. The front desk staff were exceptional!

Room was beautiful and spacious. Everything a traveler needs. Hotel in great area, a short walk to Fountain Square, but in a quiet area. Free Breakfast was amazing. Great Mexican restaurant next door.

We had to walk from the parking structure to the hotel through 3 sets of doors, all had to be manually pushed - pulled open. Hard to navigate when carrying luggage. It would help to make those doors automatic.
