The property was exceptionally clean including rooms, common areas, pool area and even stairways. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was very nice for a complementary breakfast.

We had trouble with the toilet and it took about 4 hours to get someone there to fix it. We had 2 rooms so we were able to use the other bathroom while it was being fixed.

The pool area was a nice size and water was warm. The breakfast area and lobby were large and didn't feel crowded. Very nice

The whole place was in need of a deep clean. There were dirty fingerprints and smudges all over the white doors and walls. The drawers were not clean inside and one of them had a prior guest's clothing in them... gross. There was also someone smoking in their room on our floor and the hallway smelled awful. The biggest issue was that the windows opened, but the lock on ours was broken and we were traveling with our 3 year old! Very dangerous!

Everything was around hotel shopping

The room on the next floor a child was running all day and night early in the morning back and forth jumping off beds I had to ask front desk to talk with them !!!!!

From the moment I walked through the doors for checking in, there was exceptional service. I was greeted instantly and the service continued throughout the stay. The room met my expectations and was clean. The breakfast was great! My husband also enjoyed it as well!

My daughter and I went to the pool. It was a nice size and I like that the towels were right by the door. The water was too cold for me but my daughter still enjoyed it.

Very clean, and beds were comfortable..staff gave us extra blankets for pull out sofa bed, breakfast was good and there was a good selection...close to restaurants and shopping.

A little noisy with apartments that are located right behind hotel.

Breakfast was good. Everything was freshly made and there was a good selection of items.

Room appeared worn and in need of updating. Doors swung back and forth without being touched, toilet leaked, TV in one room did not work.

The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating. The breakfast was good.

The kitchenette was not sufficiently stocked. We only had 3 forks and spoons and there were 5 of us in our group. We wanted to heat up leftovers in the oven but no baking dish or cookie sheet.

The breakfast was the best continental that I can recall. Everyone was very friendly. Would stay here again.
