The location, the staff friendly and helpful. The offer of sodas and dinner. The pool was clean and well maintained and the hot tub was hot!

The small room. Other locations, the same room is a lot bigger. Main issue was all the ants at the breakfast bar around the coffee! No one did anything about them, food continued to be stored where the majority of the ants were coming from and staff ignored them when putting coffee supplies out. Ants were on coffee cups, lids, creamer, hot chocolate packets, sugar packets, etc. I love this chain and hate to leave this review. But it was concerning. Also once the hotel filled up the staff wasn't able to keep up with keeping hallways clean.

Free dinner snacks were delicious. The staff was very kind and courteous. Handicap shower worked great for my mom, who is in a wheelchair. There was a good amount of choices for the breakfast menu.

Not that I didn't like it, but there were a few things and a suggestion. The automatic handicap door for the room didn't work. There is a floor sill for the bathroom door that made it a little hard for the wheelchair to get into the bathroom. I am not sure, but the toilet itself didn't seem to be a handicap one. It was a little low, and if possible, there could be a handrail on both sides of the toilet.

The staff was so kind and welcoming. The food was phenomenal. Great atmosphere. Comforting and fun. The lady in the lobby for food/drinks was wonderful. She asked every morning how we were doing and how we slept. So kind and sweet.

We had to get our cards activated not once, not twice, but three times. We got them activated, but when we got to the room. They didn't work. Took them down and got them reactivated. They worked after that. Used them the remainder of that day, and the next morning. We left and came back, to find that neither keys were working on the door. Had to go back down and them reactivated for a 3rd time.

Very easy to find off the highway. Very accommodating when we arrived late due to traffic. Staff in the evening and morning both were SUPER friendly and kind/welcoming. Warm and inviting atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and we met a ton of nice folks. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Just what we needed after a 13 hour drive from FL.

I have nothing bad to say regarding this property.

I absolutely loved the morning breakfast. There was a little lady there (I can't remember her name) but she was so friendly and not just to me but to everyone. She always made sure that there was food in the containers and asked if we needed any assistance with anything. I really enjoyed her and the food was great

Not one thing. I have had some really crappy experiences with some hotels during travels, but EVERYTIME I go to a Drury Inn, I get good service, friendly folks and everything in between. So from now on I am going to go through Drury Inns

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They serve breakfast and a dinner both of which are free! The dinner was a very unexpected surprise. Quality food and a bar with very inexpensive drinks. We took our dog and it was very accommodating to travel with a pet. Extremely clean and did not smell like animals. I would definitely stay at this facility again!!

Absolutely nothing!! The checkin was long but only because so many people came at the same time. Not the front desks issue. The front desk handled all the people with kindness and was very pleasant. The dinner was exceptionally busy. Once again there were so many people that this was not their problem. I attributed this to the beginning of snowbird season and people were traveling south!

The location was excellent! Close to restaurants and other activities. Our room was right by an elevator on the third floor, but there was no noise whatsoever. Super clean. Breakfast was good.

We wish the pillows would have been a little firmer. And that the mini frig would have had a small top freezer to put ice blocks in.

Dinner snack/meal was ok and breakfast was tasty. Staff working very hard and needed some extra hands at check in but the lady handled it very well. Only negative thing was a big ball of hair in the shower. Plus the bathroom could use a couple more hooks on the wall. Never stayed at a Drury Inn before so it was a nice surprise to find a good hotel.

Rosa, the attendant at breakfast, was friendly, helpful, hard working, and all around an excellent point of contact for the hotel. All the desk people were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful--even looking up an address for us. We look forward to our visits there.

Everything was really great. Great value and location. Especially the employees.

Enjoyed the drinks at the kick back, be aware that you have to pay $1 each drink due to KY tax laws, no fault of the hotel, great staff, kind and helpful. Room was spacious and easy to relax after a long drive and the shower as always was amazing!

More space to sit for kick backs and breakfast, gets a little tight when the location is busy
