At first the location and outside appeared pretty outdated. Once we got inside, it met our expectations. It was clean, and brand new looking inside. The employees were really nice and explained everything. We ended up booking the same hotel on the way back from our trip.

There was nothing to really not like. The only downfall was that there was not an elevator, even though it is two floors. I had help from a friend for instances like this but I have a heart condition and it made it difficult to take items up the stairs myself.

It was clean which is the most important thing for me. Beds were comfortable. We had our dog and it was nice that our room had both an indoor and outdoor exit/entrance. The breakfast was adequate. Waffles, eggs, link sausage, bananas, yogurt, bagels, etc. were served. The room was quiet until 9:00 when construction workers started cutting concrete outside our room. The dust covered our car. 😡 Was off interstate and close to many restaurants. Didn’t use indoor pool, but it looked nice.

Furniture a little outdated. Had to ask for shampoo as we had all body wash and no shampoo. No designated pet area with poo bags.

I was very impressed with the super friendly and helpful staff - it was quite welcome after a long drive and being utterly exhausted. The pool had adaptive equipment for the wheelchair bound or those needing assistance getting in and out of the pool - very nice if needed! My room was clean and comfortable, I could not have asked for better. The facility itself is a bit dated, but still comfortable and not offensive. All in all, I was very pleased.

Could use a decorative update, but is still very functional and comfortable.

Clean, both inside and outside the room. All Staff were congenial and did their best to make your day and evening better. Quiet from the unobtrusive AC system to the street and highway sounds. Our room was immaculately maintained. No smells. No mildew. No food odor. Breakfast area was clean, food was well prepared and options sufficient to accommodate most travelers.

I wasn’t there to swim, but I can imagine a few would be disappointed with the pool size. The coffee drinker would have preferred a more robust flavor, too weak to enjoy.

Everything! This was our 9 year old grandson's Staycation because our car isn't running right and couldn't take him for his (annual)out of State Vacation. But he LOVED it mostly because of the Pool! That's where he spent most of his time! We also took him to the Corvette Museum. He LOVED getting to DRIVE the (REAL CORVETTE) SIMULATOR! I (his mam-mam)) was his passenger! 😲 😂 He LOVED looking at all of the beautiful Corvettes, got to see 2 Corvettes driven from Showroom floor into the Garage! Got to eat at the Corvette Cafe, and we bought him a boatload of SOUVENIRS! Thats what loving grandparents do, right? 😂 Our little (BIG 9 yr old, 3rd grade, 4'11) munchkin had a GREAT😁STAYCATION😁 We also enjoyed the 5 nights at Baymont Bowling Green Kentucky very much! AWESOME STAFF! Especially SONNY & JIM. The Breakfast Room lady was very good at her job, she was very kind & friendly, pleasant to talk with, after hours. EVERYTHING about this BAYMONT INN HOTEL was EXTRAORDINARY & EXCELLENT! Thank you all for making this stay so wonderful! Looking forward to staying there again! ☺ We HIGHLY recommend this Hotel to anyone and everyone who is going to be staying in Bowling Green Kentucky ☺

Exceptional stay, comfortable and a great value for the price. Sonny was the manager on duty when I went for breakfast and made sure I had everything I needed, including great conversation as I took my coffee in the comfortable lobby area since the morning was not busy and crowded. Both he and the night manager when I checked in were friendly and professional, very welcoming after a long drive. I felt safe both in and around the hotel and it is in an easy to access area from the interstate. Will gladly stay again next time I travel through!

Everything was great

Everything was nice...the staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms and beds were comfy. The only problem we had was the people above us were stomping around all hours of the night off and on. Staff said they would address the issue. I did wish there was a coffee pot in the room but staff got us hot coffee water out of the dining room. The other complaint I have was the hot tub had so much chlorine it burnt my eyes and I couldn't stay in but a couple minutes.

Our room and the pool area were all very clean. Front Desk staff were super friendly when we checked in. price and location were great.

the lobby kind of stunk. but not a bad stink more like someone had cooked some very strong food? and I didnt realize how strong it was until the next day, I got rained on while wearing the hoodie I had worn in the hotel and that smell came out of my hoodie. not a rating killer by any means but it was definitely noticeable in the lobby.

How comfortable the beds are. Fresh coffee, the front desk clerk so graciously made I told her I'll be back down for a cushe yells up the stairs take your time I'm making a fresh pot🥰 thank you & my apologies I didn't make it back down for a cup. (I fell asleep. It was a long car ride from FL)

The buildings exterior can use a refreshing. My husband and I judged a book by its cover, and well, we were wrong. Also, if the room has just adults in it, you should let them bring food back to their room for their loved ones.(if they make/leave a mess)charge the card on file a cleaning fee $25-50 depending upon the mess.🤷‍♀️

The breakfast was nice. The room was clean. The staff was very nice and trying to help as much as possible. They answered all our questions. We really liked the indoor pool which was a reason for us to book there.

Our stay was fine. Only thing that seemed weird to us was that the lobby has a window directly to the pool. Didn't stop us from going to swim, but it still felt a bit weird that everybody checking in/out or just talking to the staff at reception would be able to see us in the pool.
