Well the heater was out on the pool and that was one of the main reasons I selected that place cuz I wanted to get in the pool and it was ice cold and even the room was not warm. Shower wasn't very much water pressure. And you definitely could hear the traffic even though I asked for the quietest room. However I do want to compliment the lady that makes the breakfast I was simply asking if there was any gravy coming out and she's like "one moment" and she walks in the back and she comes out with a bowl just for me with the gravy I didn't expect that

Clean and located near so many food places

One of the staff members up front wasn’t too nice. I guess the breakfast area wasn’t opened yet. Around 5:30am as we’re headed to work my bf needed a fork and thought it was okay to look to see if any were out in the lobby/breakfast area. As he was about to enter the breakfast room to look on the counter a staff member was standing in there in the dark and stopped him. Telling him to get out. She didn’t verbally say get out she waved him out with her hands. He told her that he was just looking for a fork and she said stand out there I will get it for you. I just feel that little issue could have went better and friendlier . We paid $500 for the weekend so is grading a fork from the counter shouldn’t hurt anything

The property was very cozy aesthetically as well as physically. The room was very clean and the view was very peaceful from my room. The breakfast was also very delicious and the hotel was in a very nice part of the town with a lot of options of things to do in a close vicinity. The beds were also very soft and comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The staff were also very nice, accommodating and helpful considering this was my first time mostly traveling alone!

The shower's pressure was rather low on the normal rain setting and it was set to the equivalent of soak on a hose to start which confused us, and there was a door on the cabinet that was not properly aligned so it didn't fully shut. Also the elevator broke one night but that will sometimes happen, at least we weren't on it!

Very convenient location ,grounds nicely kept, Brenna was exceptional in her service very friendly ,went above and beyond, and her integrity she held to the utmost highest and beyond standards , she is a great addition to the hotel and a very valuable person we give her our highest regards ❤️ for all she did. Breakfast was great always something warm and hot every morning .

Could use some ceiling fans in the rooms, shower heads either need to be changed and or replaced seems to be barely any water pressure .

I like that it was near the mall and other shopping areas, a nice place to stay that offered breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful at front desk .

No one came to clean our room although it offered every 3 days. Asked for towels and trash to be taken out around 10am and was told she was done for the day. Called front desk and asked for garbage bag and toilet paper and was told to come get it which wasn't a problem but thought they should have least did that since our room wasn't clean the five days we were there.

beds were comfortable, breakfast had good variety & was tasty, place was clean

staff weren't friendly when I arrived for my business trip. requested $100. deposit up front & rudely told me I'd better have correct change bc she wasn't or couldn't make change. I don't smoke or steal so I don't see the point of taking a deposit when you aren't doing an inspection before a party leaves & have to request my deposit back. The hotel wasn't easy to get to. Signs inside were not that visible for elevators so hard to locate.

Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival. They accommodated our need for a 1st floor room. Common areas were clean and odorfree. Room was spacious and comfortable. Beds were good, AC did it's job and refrigerator was ice cold (it even froze our bottle of wine). Many, many food choices and shopping was very close by.

I would suggest a few more towels and plastic cups. Card keys were a little testy but that's to be expected. More charging ports on both sides of the beds would be nice too.

A convenient location with easy parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to get a quick night's sleep and get back on the road.

We arrived on the later side, the front door was locked, so we had to be let in by the front desk. We were heading out early and missed getting breakfast that did not start until 7:00. Housekeeping did miss a couple things in our room, but overall it wasn't bad.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in a large regard, modern facility which the staff take pride in witnessed by its cleansinees and warm reception. Over two weeks lodging in hotels each night, this hotel is the top stay.

I've given up on eating hotel breakfasts given since Covid, the offerings rarely exceed microwaved bacon or sausage, powdered eggs and cereal. This hotel is no exception but better than most. Hopefully times will change.

I loved everything about this hotel. The personal were friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. The décor in the entryway was splendid (Christmas time) the room was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Location of this hotel couldn't have been better as it is close to my son's doctor's office, hence the reason we stayed overnight for a early appointment.

I can't think of anything that I would want to change.
