The beds were great and location

Pool was closed and guy at welcome desk wasn't very friendly or give any information I guess you had to look at the board.Which we had stayed at the Hampton in in Brentwood Tennessee and all the information was given and explained which is a nicer welcome in my opinion.They also didn't have any pack and plays or told me they didn't which Tennessee did so kind of strange yet we managed.

Friendly staff. Clean room and comfortable bed. Excellent Breakfast. Nice property overall.

Safe in room malfunctioned, when I called for help , I was told that maintenance was on vacation. After a period if time we were able to get it back open luckily. The remodel was outside our room and the smell was strong in hallway.

Breakfast was good

Looks like they were having some issues. Open ceiling, no tiles in several areas, sheeting like material covering wall/windows in breakfast area. Grabbed a to go breakfast on Friday, date on packed food was the previous Monday, bagel was brick like, orange was a little shriveled.

Parking on site. Room size was larger than expected. Housekeeping checked on me and helped me get luggage cart out the door.

No laundry on site. Ants on table/desk near window. DistNce from my room to doos/exit/parking lot.

Great staff, super clean, very conveniently located off the highway. Breakfast was so good (pumpkin spice waffles are my new favorite thing)!!!

The bed was uncomfortable.

The breakfast was really good there was a good variety to choose from. The location was great right next door to roosters so no need to drive.

The price could have been a little better

Loved the breakfast, great variety. Also loved there was coffee available all day. Our bed was comfy and the room was clean.

Rose at the check in desk, very accommodating. Greeted me warmly and helped with a need efficiently.

Every thing was a five star rating, will definitely book this hotel the next time l travel that way. 👍
