Unexpectedly, The appliances were full sizes like the refrigerator, microwave, with dishwasher & electric stove….you have full kitchen in other words & with big couch….although we did not use the kitchen area, it was so nice to have such kind of facilities & accommodation. Breakfast was very good & most of all, the staff were very friendly, esp.in the reception & kitchen. The place were very strategic. We will book another date in nov. thank you.

The only discomfort that we experienced are the see through curtains. The thick curtains were just on one side, you can’t move it & even if you move it, it will just cover half of the window. We were on the 2nd floor & although there might not be someone looking, but its still uncomfortable having windows not fully covered, so we just fully turned off all the lights.

Perfect to have a 2 bedroom suite with 2 separate bathrooms for our group of 4. We loved the simple social suppers which saved us some money for our family. Staff was great.

Some maintenance issues in our unit: stovetop did not work; refrigerator freezer growled through the night as condenser had worn out, and there were tears in the couch. We were told a renovation would be happening soon. Yet, all was clean and the space of the 2 bedroom unit was perfect for our family.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, 2-bedroom suite was very large and clean and the value was unbelievable. I assumed at the rate the rooms would be small, but was pleasantly surprised, pretty much full kitchen, living room, 2 full bathrooms, 3 tvs, all at much less than a single room, at a much lower class 45 mins south in Nashville. Hesitated to review this suite in hopes it may stay a hidden gem!

Nothing i didn't like about the accommodation.

The staff was friendly and accomadating We requested an early check in and they were happy to help. The suite was clean and perfect for our large family. The beds were very comfortable. The price was cheaper than as airbnb and basically the same set up. We will definitely be staying here again.

I can't think of a single thing we didn't like.

I liked the fact that the kids were able to have there own separate bed area. I also loved the fact that there was 2 bathrooms available. Having 2 available at home then having to try and use 1 when in a hotel is very difficult and frustrating.

The pool was outside. With the hotel bringing in families there are probably a lot of children that stay at these hotels. An indoor pool would be ideal so that kids can have somewhere to enjoy.

Literally everything, except the toilet paper. The hotel was stylish, comfortable, and the staff was awesome! The continental breakfast surpassed my expectations, as did the staff!

The toilet paper. The cleanliness was acceptable, however a little more attention to behind doors and scuffs on walls would help.

Space and Comfort. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Location was very good. Kitchen area was very nice. Staff was very nice.Breakfast was included and it was hot with a number of options.

Room was extremely cold. Couldn't get temperature regulated. Got bitten by a spider or something. Living room furniture was shabby.

I like the location. The staff is friendly and check-in was quick and accommodating. The free use of laundry machines is super convenient. The pool was clean. I enjoyed the breakfasts as well as the social time snacks in the evenings. A Walgreens is across parking lot, and a gas station, Dollar Tree and grocery store are across the street.

The kitchenette only had 2 mugs, 2 cups, 2 plates, etc. There was only one pot to cook in. I didn't need it because there was coffee in the lobby, but the coffee maker was missing from the room, though there was coffee provided in the room to make.

Everything was great. Staff was very friendly. Hot breakfast was good. Shower was good. Nice (Dove Brand) full size bath soap, shampoo, conditioner mounted dispenser in shower. Room was nice and spacious, clean, with separate bedroom area. Nice location close to I65 and close to anything you need, ie groceries, restaurants, fuel and 16 min from beech bend. Large parking area for car trailer if you're hauling a car for tri five nationals or camper.

The bed was the worst part of the experience. It was way too firm for us and crippled us for a couple hours after getting up. Wasn't fond of the pillows either but we usually bring our own anyways and failed to do so. I'd love to book this hotel again since we go every year. Our last hotel was already booked up so we chose here. But the bed issue really has me considering not to. Petty - No hairdryer - of course I didn't bring mine. Petty - Ice maker was really slow (in our room anyways) and no Ice machine on location to go get ice.

The daily breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and stopped to chat each day during breakfast. The social nights were nice as well. Snacks and beer or wine!

I wish the associate at check in would have mentioned the bed type. Also, it would have been nice to know which way the room was facing. I would have preferred a different direction, but it wasn't too bad to face the street.
