Unexpectedly, The appliances were full sizes like the refrigerator, microwave, with dishwasher & electric stove….you have full kitchen in other words & with big couch….although we did not use the kitchen area, it was so nice to have such kind of facilities & accommodation. Breakfast was very good & most of all, the staff were very friendly, esp.in the reception & kitchen. The place were very strategic. We will book another date in nov. thank you.

The only discomfort that we experienced are the see through curtains. The thick curtains were just on one side, you can’t move it & even if you move it, it will just cover half of the window. We were on the 2nd floor & although there might not be someone looking, but its still uncomfortable having windows not fully covered, so we just fully turned off all the lights.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The Dove toiletries in the room were a nice touch. This was by far the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. All of the staff were friendly, but we were especially impressed by the gentleman working the breakfast area Saturday morning. He was attentive to all of the guests and took the time to joke with us. It felt like spending time with family and friends!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, 2-bedroom suite was very large and clean and the value was unbelievable. I assumed at the rate the rooms would be small, but was pleasantly surprised, pretty much full kitchen, living room, 2 full bathrooms, 3 tvs, all at much less than a single room, at a much lower class 45 mins south in Nashville. Hesitated to review this suite in hopes it may stay a hidden gem!

Nothing i didn't like about the accommodation.

Perfect to have a 2 bedroom suite with 2 separate bathrooms for our group of 4. We loved the simple social suppers which saved us some money for our family. Staff was great.

Some maintenance issues in our unit: stovetop did not work; refrigerator freezer growled through the night as condenser had worn out, and there were tears in the couch. We were told a renovation would be happening soon. Yet, all was clean and the space of the 2 bedroom unit was perfect for our family.

Nice large, clean room in a good area. Easy drive to the University where we were attending an inservice. Very polite staff and a pretty lobby. The outside areas were under construction while we were there, but looks like they will be beautiful.

Waffle maker was out of commission, but otherwise the breakfast was very good.

The staff was friendly and accomadating We requested an early check in and they were happy to help. The suite was clean and perfect for our large family. The beds were very comfortable. The price was cheaper than as airbnb and basically the same set up. We will definitely be staying here again.

I can't think of a single thing we didn't like.

I liked the fact that the kids were able to have there own separate bed area. I also loved the fact that there was 2 bathrooms available. Having 2 available at home then having to try and use 1 when in a hotel is very difficult and frustrating.

The pool was outside. With the hotel bringing in families there are probably a lot of children that stay at these hotels. An indoor pool would be ideal so that kids can have somewhere to enjoy.

Literally everything, except the toilet paper. The hotel was stylish, comfortable, and the staff was awesome! The continental breakfast surpassed my expectations, as did the staff!

The toilet paper. The cleanliness was acceptable, however a little more attention to behind doors and scuffs on walls would help.

Space and Comfort. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Location was very good. Kitchen area was very nice. Staff was very nice.Breakfast was included and it was hot with a number of options.

Room was extremely cold. Couldn't get temperature regulated. Got bitten by a spider or something. Living room furniture was shabby.

It was a big room with plenty of space. The breakfast was good and the dining area was spacious.

Our room had an old air condition unit that did not fully cool the room. It was also a bit damp. Other rooms were updated and did not have this problem.
