Very white soft towels. Easy internet access. Had toiletries, ironing board, iron, coffee maker, cups, ice bucket, fridge, microwave and hair dryer. Good tub drainage. Warm hot tub but not vigorous bubble action. Had separate fan switch in bathroom as well as a heat lamp switch. Lots of mirrors. comfortable bed/pillows.

1/2 emptied bottle of shampoo left in shower from previous guests. Plug ins were mostly used up for the lamps, tv, cable box, fridge, microwave, clock and A/C unit. Had to unplug the alarm clock to charge phone. Sink in bathroom-not as handy when multiple people are trying to get ready at once. No pen/paper in room, no "do not disturb" sign. Sink/toilet were fairly low- would be good for short or wheelchair using people. Cold pool-says heated pool in the write up. Says choice of waffle flavors- only plain when we were there. TV had to be reset to HDMI2 each time it was turned on.

The room great, comfortable bed. The breakfast was great and the selection was fabulous. Everything kept filled would have liked bananas as a third fruit option. Great room for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a nice clean hotel. In a great area.

The jets in the hot tub didn’t work, and at breakfast some food was a little low but other food was hot and good. Also should look into new mattresses.

Great value for the money. Not the fanciest hotel in town but fancy enough for the price. Breakfast was partially hot, only a couple of item, but eggs and sausage and waffle, is usually enough. All the cold breakfast snacks you typically see. Overall, a good value, safe location, friendly staff.

Bathroom are kind of small. The rooms also were not huge but I was staying by myself. Still, plenty of room for a couple. If more than 2, probably should upgrade to a double queen room. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Friendly staff. Comfy beds and lots of good pillows. Good coffee.

It’s a bit outdated but still very good. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. The eggs were awful watery and tasteless. Butter was refrigerated and hard. No pepper, only salt. Very small bathroom.

The beds were even more comfortable than my bed at home so close to all the shopping

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, but imo might want to up their personal cleanliness standards . Checking out was difficult to do holding our breath

breakfast was good I liked the little waffles good location close to restaurants and shopping the bed was comfortable. the room was very clean

The only complaint we had was the air conditioner was very loud It kept the room nice and cool but was quite loud

Breakfast was very good, the rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable...we always stay here when in grand forks...which is about 4 times a year!

mattress was uncomfortable. not getting fresh towels and having the dirty towels taken away. toilet in the bathroom is small and the seat moved too much

Excellent breakfast with numerous options--we loved the waffles. Very quiet. Staff were friendly, cheerful, and very helpful. They offered advice and suggestions to make our stay more pleasant.

THe hot tub was not working the first night we were there; however, it was fixed for our second night. The pool was a bit chilly--we would have prefered it to be heated a bit more.
