If your tired of the corporate hotel vibe and want to return to simpler times ,this may be your place. Managed by 2; friendly hard working sisters who run this family business. Great hospitality and staff were great too . I will miss them. Rooms were large and although older function well and have nice views of the sea. The grounds are amazing and extensive. Beach is really close and 1 minute walk and you're there.. Breakfast is amazing and something to look forward to.

Yes it's an older hotel so think retro more than corporate and new. No elevator, so keep that in mind.

A great mansion with a fantastic sea view, cozy garden, public beach a couple of steps away, in a nice villa neighbourhood easily accessible from the city centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The public beach next to the property is a blessing in the day, but may become a trouble at night. I had to survive a sleepless night once when the beach café personnel threw a loud disco party at two o’clock in the morning.

Beautiful and quiet location with lovely views, very sweet staff and gorgeous lush gardens everywhere. Great food and the onsite cafe serves a yummy lunch. Lots of nice swimming options: pebbly, sandy, ladder-access or pool. Clean and comfortable rooms, in line with the price paid for mid-summer. Good, but noisy, aircon. Would definitely visit again.

This is not a criticism of the hotel, just a warning for would-be visitors to maximise their enjoyment. This is an excellent value, 3-star hotel that has seen better days. The bathrooms (and rooms) are spotless but everything was leaky (shower, basin, cistern). Most areas are inaccessible for people with mobility issues - no elevator on site, very few ramps. There are ramps to walk down the public beach. Lunch will be great but visitors will need to walk or drive for a decent dinner. We chose this location to relax and we got what we paid for.

Quiet, 20 meters from the beach, VERY BEAUTIFUL in the hotel park, VERY clean pool, flowering plants everywhere, excellent cuisine and wonderful staff. In my 66 years, I have not seen a more romantic and pleasant place.

I didn’t like the fact that we didn’t immediately find this hotel for ourselves. But now my wife and I will spend every vacation only here. It couldn't be better.

Amazing hotel right on the beach with amazing views surrounding. Was given a room at the top over looking the beach and it was beautiful. A bit dated but i think it gave the property character. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was lovely and plentiful and is made to order (not a buffet) 10 min drive to kyrenia harbour, lovely quiet area until about 5am and then the dogs and cockerels are fully awake (part of the experience). Only downside was the shower, it literally dribbled out and I had to hang my head under the bath taps to wash my hair . bathrooms could really do with a refurb but apart from that would definitely stay again even if only for the views

the hotel is situated just right at teh sea coast so for me its a pleasure to wake up with the sound of waves:) yes, i undertsand that 3 stars hotel may have more facilities and cleanliless but in general i really enjoyed the welcoming and hospitality!

Excellent location, very close to the city and the restaurants. It has a lovely beach and a garden. Swimming pool was clean and quiet big surrounded by the trees.. Breakfast was a set menu with some fresh fruits such as figs and grapefruit from the garden. They cooked the eggs the way I like them. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a huge room with a big terrace with a breathtaking sea view on the top floor.

Basically everything. The hotel is a hidden gem, located almost on the beach, certainly only a stone's throw from the water. The architecture is traditional Cypriot and the bedroom we had was extremely spacious, split level with the actual bed on the mezzanine floor. Fridge and coffee facilities provided. Our breakfast was lovely, again traditional Cypriot, but we could have had an English style if we wanted. Highly recommend!

Nothing! We have stayed here numerous times over the past 20 years, but obviously everything has been turned on its head by Covid. The hotel has only just reopened after being closed during the pandemic and slowly things are returning to normal. We wish our hosts every success with the reopening and hopefully we can all get back to normal asap.

I loved the location , being right by the beach so I could walk and swim there anytime. The sea view from my room balcony was beautiful - I could watch the sunrises and sunsets

I was on the top floor so it's quite a lot of steps up and down during the day

I would like to add yogurt to the breakfast, it's excellent yogurt in Cyprus . The beach needs improvement.
