The breakfast was amazing and delicious. There were many items that were available to take with us and they provided trays so we could take our food up to our rooms. The hot tub was nice and not too hot. The sauna was very hot but it should be and we really enjoyed it. The room was awesome.

I was a little worried when I saw the worn carpet in the halls and elevator but the room appeared to be updated and was clean so I was pleasantly surprised.

Very convenient- close to airport and town. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold food options. The room was clean and the property itself was quiet with plenty of parking.

Soap and shampoo/conditioner were tiny. We could have used larger sizes for 2 guests.

Very helpful staff. Check in was a breeze and the free breakfast was outstanding with many choices to appease your appetite.

Only complaint is the exterior of the building needs a serious paint job.

The breakfast was great. The location perfect for our needs.

The fan didn’t work in the bathroom so therefore there was mildew on the ceiling from all the trapped steam. That was really the only thing that could have been better, everything else was great!

Very comfortable motel close to center of Rhinelander. Room was clean and spacious, and very quiet. Staff helpful and friendly. This is probably one of the nicest hotel in Rhinelander

The breakfast was basic as was the coffee. The fact that in this day and age all the silverware, cups and plates were all plastic is beyond me, and incredibly wasteful

Rooms are always clean, staff is always friendly.

Just a suggestion for the shower. The shower curtain and floor get soaked when taking a shower, would just suggest a vinyl shower curtain liner to be in the tub so water isn't everywhere.

The breakfast was very good. Available hours met my needs. The facility was good. It had a very nice seating area to meet relatives and friends. The parking was very good. The two sinks in the bathroom was very helpful.

The staff was really awesome. My family and I were traveling for a funeral and it had already been a rough week. I requested a roll away bed when booking but it wasn’t in the room when we arrived. When I let the front desk know they fixed the situation immediately even though they were busy at the moment I called. My teenage daughter got a paper cut and wanted a bandaid which I didn’t have on me. She called the front desk and they immediately supplied her with 3. They never made us a feel like we were being a burden with out special requests and went out of their way to accommodate us with a smile the whole time. It was very much appreciated during a challenging time for my family. Thank you for being awesome.

The breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable. This will be the place we go when we visit Rhinelander.
