The staff was very helpful and patient. We needed new towels and they were quick to restock us. Bathroom was phenomenal after being redone, shower having a big shower head and tub option. They remodeled the rooms as well. No more carpet and faux wood floors. Air conditioner kept it ice cold while we went out to kyack on the river. Very clean and perfect location. All the cute shops and diners only minutes away. Pool ( me and a friend) anytime we want with the extended adult swim hours. Parking lot was spacious and convenient.

Besides a great location. The breakfast is by far the best I have ever had at a hotel. Is the hotel older YES. but the price is lower than any hotel in town. Free taxi to hotel. If you try it once you will never go to another hotel.

Clean, quiet, food to buildings over. Restaurant Culver's. VA outpatient across the street. Walmart 3 miles . Plus other restaurants

Hotel has seen better days. Once inside my room, I honestly have never had a cleaner room. Staff was always friendly. Bed was comfy. I would stay again

I understand It’s in the midst of upgrading and remodeling but towels (not mine) on the floor in hallway were there for the duration of my stay. and hallway carpet was in need of vacuuming and stain removal. Ice machine near my room was broken.

The location was fine for the traveling we were doing. We did not go down for the breakfast as we were located at the back of the building.

The stay was nice and the entry area was updated, but the hallways and our room were a little dated. The hallway and stairs need some brightening up and the hallway had a weird smell all the way to our room. The room was nice but the wall paper was starting to do some peeling at the seems. There was a little mold spotting on the caulk in the tub.

Front staff was very nice. Breakfast had a lot of options.

I know you are currently under construction, however, the rooms smelled musty, the bathroom toilets are low and not high and the light in my bathroom took a bit to work and turn on. The door shut hard, like it was swollen from being damp?

Very short staffed and our room wasn't cleaned when we arrived. And no housekeeping on site as it was after 4:00 so we had to switch rooms and they took that room out of service. We had a mobility impaired room (mainly for the lack of elevator and the low toilets common in hotels) and they were able to get us into another ground floor room but we still had to deal with the low toilets and a tub.

That they were able to find a room for us. Booking did not confirm the reservation with quality inn. Therefore no reservation.

The breakfast was adequate. Fresh coffee was good. Area was clean with friendly staff. Our room was clean and fresh.

Hot tub was advertised but looks permanently closed. A big disappointment
