We came for a climbing trip and the central location of the hotel was perfect. During the day it would take us 10 minutes to get to crags and climb; while in the evening it was easy to walk and eat out. Hotel has its own parking, which was also very convenient. Availability of sauna and steam room was an extra nice touch!

Breakfasts could have had larger variety of food and fruits. The room felt a bit too tight for three adults.

Location was perfect, fantastic value for money, great links to everywhere you might want to go and explore, parking available, staff treats you like family, very friendly! The hotel was very clean and looks better in real life than in pictures, we had a fantastic view from our room too. Really loved it and would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, good location close to bus station, centre and hospital. Great bathroom and nice big room. Breakfast looked great (I couldn't take full advantage as I had an early appointment, but hopefully next time. )

I couldn't get the temperature right with the heating. There was a flashing light sensor over the bed. Didn't stop me sleeping but was a bit distracting when dropping off.

An excellent hotel, superb location, excellent staff and service and super to stay in. Very reasonable.

The spa wasn't easy to access. I'm sure if I had asked they would have sorted it out.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location! Denise who welcomed us at check - in was very nice and attentive, a room was spacious and very clean and a breakfast was good!

Breakfast varied and tasty. Lots of food. Location of hotel perfect for our event and for seeing the town. Lovely staff. Relaxed friendly place. Let us check out a bit late so we could use shower after run

I liked everything. The food at dinner was excellent value. Perhaps a few vegetarian options for dinner and porridge for breakfast would be perfect. Dinner good value. Graduation Al feel to the hotel

Refrigerator not so functioning

Amazing location - the view from the window was mesmerising. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was excellent.
