We really enjoyed the hotel’s location – the room had a beautiful view of the square with a fountain and the Castello di Arco on the hilltop, which is beautifully illuminated at night. The room was clean and well-kept, and had air conditioning – a bit loud, so we turned it off at night, but it was still much better than having none at all. One big plus was the free private parking provided by the hotel – very convenient. Breakfast was good and filling. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

In our room we had a kettle which was nice, also the view was pretty nice. Breakfast was delicious and had some veggies as well (which is not common in Italy)

Perfectly located hotel within walking distance to the old town. Great base for cycling trips. Good breakfasts. Bike room. And last but not least friendly and helpful staff.

We came for a climbing trip and the central location of the hotel was perfect. During the day it would take us 10 minutes to get to crags and climb; while in the evening it was easy to walk and eat out. Hotel has its own parking, which was also very convenient. Availability of sauna and steam room was an extra nice touch!

Breakfasts could have had larger variety of food and fruits. The room felt a bit too tight for three adults.

Location was perfect, fantastic value for money, great links to everywhere you might want to go and explore, parking available, staff treats you like family, very friendly! The hotel was very clean and looks better in real life than in pictures, we had a fantastic view from our room too. Really loved it and would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, good location close to bus station, centre and hospital. Great bathroom and nice big room. Breakfast looked great (I couldn't take full advantage as I had an early appointment, but hopefully next time. )

I couldn't get the temperature right with the heating. There was a flashing light sensor over the bed. Didn't stop me sleeping but was a bit distracting when dropping off.

Warm Welcome by staff. Very friendly approach. Very clean rooms and other hotel areas. Served good breakfast.

Not many vegetarian options in Breakfast.

An excellent hotel, superb location, excellent staff and service and super to stay in. Very reasonable.

The spa wasn't easy to access. I'm sure if I had asked they would have sorted it out.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location! Denise who welcomed us at check - in was very nice and attentive, a room was spacious and very clean and a breakfast was good!

A fridge did not work.

Perfect hotel overall, pleasant nice staff, nice tasty breakfest, very Well situated, we will definitelly return again!
