Location is great, many main Paris attractions are within walking distance. The staff, especially consierges, were very helpful and provided with recommendations useful even for experienced tourists like us. And we got a free upgrade! The room was very spacious, the bed was comfy and the bathroom well equipped.

everything was fine; some, truly small, inconveniences include the absence of USB ports in the room (which perhaps will be fixed in course of the forthcoming hotel renovation) and unoperational window blinds, but it didn't spoil the overall perfect impression

The staff were very helpful and friendly. liked the 'antique' feeling of decor; cosy yet grand at the same time. Room was spacious with a generous-sized bathroom. Good rooftop views from our 5th floor room. A fitting truly Parisian hotel for a Parisian weekend.

I was happy with the juice selection and fruit and muesli choices which consists of my breakfast. My husband liked the cold meats and cheeses, but twice ordered sunny-sized eggs which then came easy-over. Not a problem for us but that lack of communication to the chef may upset picky people.

Housekeeping is at a really good level, the room was always very clean. Also, while check in is from 15:00 on the day of our arrival we were at the hotel around noon and we were provided with early check in at no extra cost.

When I asked room service to bring 2 bowls and 2 forks to the room, I was told it will cost me €30 which seems a bit too much given that you can buy a main dish in the restaurant outside for the same amount of money.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was excellent with lots of restaurants and markets. The room was beautiful with a great window with a view. The room was perfect for a family of 3, and could have accommodated one additional person, the fold out bed was 2 twin beds. Very spacious, the beds were very comfortable. Our room included the breakfast, which was also very good. I definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a little expensive, but worth it.

All the staff were very kind and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The interior was gorgeous. The bed was comfortable. The historical building was beautiful and picturesque. The separate shower and bathtub were so relaxing, and we relieved our fatigue. It is close to l'Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées, and several metro stations, but the street it faces is quiet, so the room was very quiet inside. Overall, it was a gorgeous and comfortable stay!

The stay in the Hotel Raphael was a great experience. This was the gift to my parents, I wanted them to feel the atmosphere of Paris and they did. I informed the hotel staff that it was a gift to my parents and asked them to select the best possible available room. When we came we were surprised in a good way: the hotel welcomed us with the bottle of champagne, marmelade, fruits and French cookies.. This was so sweet! The hotel has antique furniture of Louis XV and Louis XVI periods and the atmosphere was very French indeed. The rooms were wide and had lots of space, everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a very center: in 5-min. walk to the Triumphal Arch. So these are the memories which will stay with me and my parents for a long time:)

Hôtel is tired, need a refurb to big up to standard for prices, coffee machine was dirty, and doors hanging of hinges and bathroom very very tired.

Very nice family room — connected with 2 living areas. Lots of room for our family of 5. 3 kids stayed in room with double and they brought in an extra bed. the extra bed was comfy instead of a cot or sofa sleeper!

Their “breakfast” is lacking. I would not pay to include the breakfast again. It only includes hot drinks, cereal and pastries. Anything else is an additional charge so we ended up paying an extra $160 for the “included” breakfast to get cold cuts and fresh fruit daily.

the staff was so friendly and informative! They made me feel extremely safe and were so accommodating. Truly enjoyed my stay and even celebrated my birthday upon arrival. Would definitely come back again .

I loved everything about this hotel. Just make sure if you don’t want housekeeping coming in daily , don’t forget to put the sign out front. Otherwise, they will definitely knock to come in!
