Dinner was good, a bit pricey though. Rooms were comfortable and staff were friendly. Husband found the pillows too soft and didn't sleep his best both nights. Pool and gym was excellent. Kids had a great time - also the added advantage of being near to Dymchurch Beach was a huge plus with a teenager and 8 year old. Great cleanliness.

Breakfast could have been better. Not worth the price we paid.

Amazing location, only a 10min drive to the town centre. Pool facilities are brilliant. Recommend the steam room and sauna. With a stunning restaurant and a bar to separate the fine dining and pub atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone to go for food in both. It was mine and my partner’s 1 year anniversary and we went to the restaurant for dinner. Lovely and quiet, gorgeous food. The bar has some of the same food but with some different items still the same outstanding quality. Will definitely be returning

My only complaint was at breakfast with the bacon being a tad to fatty and the sausages being dry as they sit under the heat light for a while.

The hotel was very clean and spacious and staff were very friendly. The rooms were large very comfortable bed with one big pillow had tea and coffee facilities. The only thing was they didn’t have alternative milk ( I take my own wherever I go) where the tears were, but I’m sure if I’d asked Dad to give me a job or something. The bathroom has shower gel and hand wash in it there was no toilet brush which was a little bit annoying. The only downside in the room was that there was no plugs by the bed or in the seating area so we had to charge the phones away on the other side of the room. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel, but one of the guests told me that the food was lovely and if the breakfast was anything to go by it definitely was there was so much choice even a bit of a gluten-free variety, and if you wanted to across the car park at the back of the hotel, there was a path that led you to a Sainsbury’s and Marks & Spencer’s food hall which was literally a five minute walk away. The hotel was easy to find 11 minutes away from the Ashford shopping discount store thing and easy access to the main road in the motorways . I did this as a short day with my daughter. We didn’t use the spa facilities as all the appointments were booked so if you want to use them make sure you book an appointment when you book your hotel room. I will definitely be going back again with my husband this time .

The hotel is well presented with good facilities. Great location with good access to major road routes. All the staff I encountered were very friendly, polite and professional. The room was fine and the hospitality tray replenished every day which was good. Plenty of choice for breakfast, all self service. Plenty of car parking spaces.

My only disappointment was the positioning of the electrical sockets in the room. There were none near the bed and the ones on the other side were so close to the table or skirting board I couldn't plug my laptop in so had to resort to using the kettle socket which was tricky to get to as it is in cupboard space.

Staff were truly wonderful and couldn't do enough to help us. Everywhere was clean and well kept. If I could take the bed home I would because it's so comfortable!!! The dinner at the KWIBA event was excellent, served in a timely manner and piping hot. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! As someone with dietary needs, the fact it was all catered for with no issue makes a huge difference to my experience, thank you so much!!! I'd have happily paid double what I did for the room because it was exceptional. Thank you also for making my husband's Assistance Dog so welcome - we have had issues in the past with hotels refusing entry.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe an extra grab rail to get in and out of the bath would have been useful as I'm disabled but it was manageable.

The interior design of the entire hotel was beautiful. Staff were kind and accommodating and made efforts to make our stay special for my boyfriends birthday by giving us a voucher for free drinks at the bar and by giving us a complimentary dessert with a birthday message in the restaurant. The food was delicious and well worth the price in the horizon restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable.

I think as a deluxe king room, it maybe could have had a mini fridge however that’s not completely necessary. Also for how busy the pool area was, it would have been nice if there were more loungers available but with the space I’m not sure how you would fit more in

Breakfast was good ,but after 3 days of the same things needed more variety, ie: Cheese , ham ,salad, peppers and Cucumber,boil Egg would be healthy option for people who cannot eat fryed food .The Hotel is very beautiful plenty of space to relax and Comfortable.Spacious car park. Easy reach for shopping. The steam room and sauna was clean. The majority of Staff were very nice and helpful. Good atmosphere to share with friends and other individuals.

Not having a hot tub,during my booking it stated there was hot tub on site, and room didn't have bath Robe.Stained toilet seat, No fridge in room,We were told ,if we needed a fridge we would have to upgrade. The Temperature was above 32 degrees. Were told that we can get bucket of ice from the bar, which I must, say this was helpful. But a fridge would have been more appropriate.

Rooms were comfortable & clean. The bed was very comfortable. We booked a deluxe double room which was located on the ground floor. The room was slightly larger than a standard room. The bathroom & shower were nice. the soaps provided were of a good quality. We ate dinner in the evening & had a breakfast as well. having stayed at the hotel earlier in the year we noticed that the menu had changed & been improved in our opinion, the food was a good quality & enjoyable. Breakfast was nice too, as always it was a buffet style with continental & full English options.

The hotel is looking a little tired. The ground floor corridors are in need of a lick of paint to freshen them up. Our room was fine, although it was missing the mini fridge, which I think is no longer available in these type of rooms, so although you pay more for a deluxe, its something that's no longer there. I am always surprised by the fact that you only get 2 normal coffee sachets in the room, which is 1 coffee each, there is an alternative decaf available, but that is not to my taste & there is a selection of teas in the room.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Overall the hotel was clean and tidy. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Has this was my first visit when I arrived I did not expect how busy things were. Not realising to use all the spa treatments you needed to book. There for on arrival by the time we checked in and wanted to use these facilities they were all fully booked the day of our arrival and the following week. This meant we could not use any of these facilities. The swimming pool was fine however the jacuzzi was also a little small so waiting time to use that and the sauna took a while to be able to use.

Breaftast very poor. We went at 9 am and bakery was finish, not enough ; the fruits was finish, when is go is go. No much choices. Very cold in the night first night i can't sleep. Looking for another blanket but no more. Dont supplie with conditioner shower cap, glass. The second morning miss the towel, just one for my husband; not in the wardrobe , i have to used my husband one as well. The spa facilities excellent. Clean excellent; not much staff around. The clean staff very kind. If all this things improve can be excellent.
