Good communication with staff as I booked rather late for the night. No waiting around, in the room quickly, which I appreciated immensely as I had my elderly mother with me, and she was very tired. The room was clean and inviting with plenty of room. Everything we needed to make a late night snack with well stocked tea and coffee making facilities, including a coffee pod machine, which I'm sure some quests would love. Had a lovely cup of tea and contemplated a dip in the pool...

The only thing I didn't like was a bit of sound travel between units, but nothing too bad that would stop me from staying there again. (I do have sensitive hearing), and nothing disturbed my sleep 😴

Great value for budget motel. Staff very friendly and customer service excellent. Informed of tourist places and things to do in the area. Good location of motel as central to surrounding towns, touristy places and close to my family who I visited with my hire car. Room clean, bed comfortable and despite motel located on busy road, it was quiet. Nice bbq area and swimming pool.

Mobile phone had bad reception but not the motels fault.

Room was very spacious and very clean with minimal clutter. Bed was comfortable. Location was quiet and peaceful, considering it's right near the motorway. Very convenient having a 24-hour check-in for guests.

Slightly overpriced for what the room was. Minimal space to clean up dishes/prepare food. A sink in the kitchenette would've been great. No changeover to fresh towels each day.

had a comfortable relaxing stay staff were brilliant helpful most of all made my dog named Mouse & I feel welcomed they even leave a fresh puppy bowl in case u don't arrive with one. the rooms are spacious clean just right for you and a furry friend. definitely be back thankyou guys much appreciated will & mouse (puppy)

In a great position for where we were going. The delicious Japanese restaurant "Trouble San" in Brunswick was just 10 minutes away and equally delicious "Coolomon Co" Cafe for breakfast just 600m up the road. Motel room was very clean and the owner, Wendy was super friendly.

I like fresh air but with the bedroom window open it was a bit noisy with highway traffic. A fan and aircon was available however.

Great amenities. Decent variety of kitchen appliances. Cleaning supplies provided. Luxuries provided - handwash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Great location - close to beach and shops. Good size room and shower. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Bed was in fact two single beds pushed together. Was still comfortable just not when laying on the join.

The accommodation was better and more spacious than I expected from the pictures I saw. There were lots of little homely touches, a tub to wash your dishes in with dishwashing liquid etc and the shampoo and conditioner were of a good quality too. Comfortable beds, clean and quiet space. Family friendly.

Nur was soft and gentle and tried to help with our enquiry about neighbouring restaurants and shops

We would have liked some information about what can be done in and around. Where is nice food and coffee available things like that.

Staff were very kind and friendly, location was, delightfully peaceful, lovely large room.

Mattress was not as comfortable as I would like, but not at all terrible, it was perfectly serviceable. It would be really nice to have a large floor rug down to make it more homely and snug during the cooler months.

Very comfortable king size bed...great to have kitchen facilities to enjoy a meal without having to go out after a busy day of appointments. Nice quiet area for a relaxing lie in..friendly helpful staff.Would stay again when in the area.
