Apartments are well located to access the town and shops and the beach ,all within walking distance. Great views over the sea. Well equiped kitchen , comfortable chairs in lounge , heated pool. 2 bathrooms.

finding the dishwasher full of partly washed dishes , no instructions for the washing machine and dryer. Could have been cleaner. The cost of a 2 night stay in winter was way too high.

These apartments are in a great location, with nice spacious areas, including an outdoor area. There was plenty of sun. The stove, oven and utensils were some of the better that I have used in an apartment. It was nice having a nespresso there and some complimentary capsules and a large (not just 200ml or whatever) bottle of local milk in the fridge.

The apartment was a little tired and in places could have been cleaner. That was not too big of a deal really as it was generally clean.

Great location across the road from beach, Walking distance to everything, great view of beach and headland. Lovely, helpful receptionist. Apartment was modern, well appointed and practical. Lots to do and see including hinterland waterfalls, lakes, breweries and distileries, Kayak tours and shopping. Lots of great eateries. And on the rainy day, Movies with a view and card or board games.

I'm being super fussy! Would be nice to have some smaller glasses for (port/Liqueur)? Manual on coffee machine? But otherwise perfect!

The apartment was tastefully and minimally decorated, kitchen was fully equipped, books to read, lots of pillows, big outdoor area with plenty of chairs and easy access to the beach which is across the road (our own gate), a few steps to the cafes and shops, comfortable beds, laundry , beach towels, literally everything you need!

Location was amazing, space clean and spacious, staff lovely and helpful at all times, pool lovely although we only used it once as we were at the beach all of the time - beach is a few steps opposite so we ran in an out all day! Our place was five minutes from the bars, shops, cafes, surf hire, bike hire, bottle shop. Really superb in all ways!

I wish I could have stayed longer - I want to come back for Christmas one year soon.

This accommodation was excellent. Fantastic location, short 2 min walk to most restaurants. Room was very comfortable. Huge living area. Great balcony overlooking the beach. Would stay there again.

Pool was out of service

Great location, very clean and spacious with everything that you need. Loved the pool, even though it was cooler weather it was heated and enjoyable. Staff were amazing, friendly and very accommodating.

Great location. Just a short walk to town. Across the road from the beach. Very large apartment. Large patio. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Everything is fabulous.

Unfortunately the swimming pool is under renovation so there was no relaxing around the pool.

Property location is fabulous and the apartment we had was so lovely in its decor. Only wish I had more time there.

Loved to have had a small milk in the fridge for a cup of tea when home from work late one night. But not a major issue at all.

We loved our stay at Bay Royal Apartments. The manager was super friendly and accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was really spacious both inside and out. You are out the front door and straight at the beach which makes it easy to get a quick swim in even if it's a really hot day. Would highly recommend.
