Spacious rooms, very comfortable. Staff throughout were absolutely lovely, very friendly, helpful and so lovely with our 2 year old daughter. Pool was lovely, great temperature, enormous so plenty of room to swim. Also has a great shallow area for kids to play in.

Food and drink were very overpriced for what it was. The food in the Azure Terrace restaurant and pool bar were below average but incredibly expensive. The kids meals were great, but my partner and I were not particularly impressed with the food, which is a shame as its very convenient and a nice setting. Service is also slow, despite us never visiting during a busy time, as we always ate early as we have a toddler. You can get a far better meal in Byron for half the price. Buffet breakfast was also average, not a huge selection of food and for 46$ per person you would expect a barista coffee to be included (this was extra if you didnt want to have a Nespresso pod coffee).

Elements is a beautiful spot on the outskirts of Byron. The cabins were so peaceful and well designed for privacy and comfort. We loved the adults pool, great bar, lovely comfy cabanas and perfect temperature. The beach spot is nice too. We hired bikes for our few days in Byron which was brilliant for getting in and out of town with the Easter crazy. Easter is not for the faint hearted in Byron but for Bluesfest this was the perfect place to stay.

We were allocated a stupidly small car space (70) that we basically couldn’t use so used the housekeeping space. You should change these over. No one other than a tiny hatchback could have fitted in our spot.

loved both of the pools. The family pool is huge with lots of sunloungers and day beds. However as a couple travelling without children we loved the adult only pool with swim up bar. Great cocktails and bar snacks. The atmosphere by both pools was great. the hotel has direct beach access and we enjoyed some beautiful beach walks into Byron town centre. It takes about 30 mins. Getting Ubers from the hotel into town was very easy - perfect for evening meals if you dont want to dine at the hotel every evening. We had 2 meals at the hotel - both were excellent. Overall we loved our stay at Elements. My only comment is the accomodation is almost like posh glamping as all accomodation is in free standing cabins. However, the cabins were spacious, comfy bed, blackout curtains and the site is super quiet at night. restaurant recommendations: Azure onsite restaurant. Moonlight (modern Japanese) The Farm / Three Little Blue Ducks - rustic and delicious. Also perfect for families during the day with kids for the farm tour. The Byron Bay General Store cafe for breakfast / lunch.

Amazing first class facilities. Stunning pools and tranquil setting. Well appointed and very clean cabins with comfy beds. Lovely food outlets and menu variety. The friendly and helpful staff made it even better. Very relaxing stay. Will be back!

Sadly didn’t get to experience the beach access due to cyclone damage. Look forward to this on our return. Good wine list if you are a wine drinker. Had a couple of cocktails, but would have bought more cocktails if they were nicer. Very basic, simply spirits poured over ice cubes with a hint of flavour. No muddle fruits or crushed ice etc.

Location was really good, not too far out of town but also made you feel like the rest of the world was a million miles away. The buggy service to help get around the resort was great. Staff were lovely. Really liked the make your own juice option available at breakfast.

The things I didn’t like as much are completely personal preference and didn’t impact my overall view of the resort. I found the beds a little too firm, being pregnant, that wasn’t fun on the hips. I’m not a fan of streaky bacon that’s available at the buffet, would prefer middle style haha. And it took my partner and I a while to work out the air conditioner pad.

The villa was beautiful & well equipped. The location in lush gardens by a pond stunning.

For the size of the hotel with the number of villas we felt that the restaurant choices were poor & not up to the standard of the location. We ate in one night and were seriously disappointed by the menu. We ate a quinoa salad, oysters, olives, chips, chicken & chorizo - nothing stunning. All very mediocre. We also had pizza take out in our room which was also very average. I can only presume the hotel isn’t worried about encouraging people to dine in as Byron is so close.

Elements is truly a spectacular resort. From the incredible pool (especially the lounge chairs hanging over the water- to which you can even have food and drinks brought to!), the convenience of the water and sunscreen stations by the pool, serene bungalows that feel like you are in the middle of a rainforest, to the great selection of food at the breakfast buffet and Azure Restaurant, morning yoga and live music on Friday nights. It’s located far enough from the centre of Byron to feel quiet and peaceful, but only a 10 min train ride to get to town. There are also many shops in the industrial complex 15 mins walk from the resort.

The pillows are not very comfortable- quite soft, so your head is not very well supported and caves in the centre. Had some aircon troubles with it turning off and on again throughout the night and so the room would get quite hot, but the staff was helpful.

Setting was wonderful and beautifully maintained across the property. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant food was a mixed bag, the pasta dishes we ate were both underwhelming but the Pork Belly and Venison we had the second night were excellent. Good cocktails everywhere we went and enjoyed the wine list. The solar train was a fun way to get into BB. Was great to have own parking space for our villa. We enjoyed the toiletries.

We used the bath one night and it was not cleaned the next day, but other than that we couldn't actually fault the cleanliness of our room each day.

Pools and surrounding seating / day bed areas Cabins - although got lost Breakfast was amazing

Not enough food options to the room Restaurant expensive - drinks very expensive - would have had more if cheaper but only had 1 drink as not value More buggies to drive you around resort Not set up for single stayers _ everything was set up for family or couples Needed More lighting at night Needed carts to carry bags Needed cafe - proper coffee and light meals Needed shuttle to town Staff for service in restaurant often not getting orders right Bar fridge not automatically replenished Rooms very exposed could see in most cabins - lack of privacy

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. The facilities, morning yoga, beach access and location of Elements of Byron were fantastic. Also the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of foods which was all very delicious. Beds were comfy, staff were friendly. They have golf buggies to help you get around the resort and 24hr help. We were lucky to have great weather for our whole stay. We will definitely be back.

There wasn't anything we didnt like.
