Good location to walk to and from Byron Bay town centre and avoid paying for parking at $5 per hour. The kitchen was good for cooking with a dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in apartment, bbq facilities, 2nd toilet near bbq area was handy. Lounge converted to a bed. The pool was good. Access to car park from apartment. Security of the whole complex. Very considerate facilities managers with may options to get access to keys on arrival and return key on departure. Air conditioning is great. The complex Wi-Fi signal is great in the apartment with no issues.

Dining room chairs are broken, one shape knife in draw is not enough, chipped bowls and plates, fan not working in bathroom to extract shower and dryer. One key to the apartment.

This was honestly one of the best accommodations we've had so far in Australia. It was a perfect apartment clean, comfortable and well equipped for a week long stay. We had everything we needed to cook basic meals in the kitchen. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom clean, with a decent shower and washer/dryer. It was about 10 minute walk from the town centre which was fine for us. You can also get to the beach through the back exit and it's a 5-10 minute stroll to an entrance to a glorious beach. TV and Internet was good enough. BBQ was fine and easy to use outside. We were also able to check in early which was brilliant so worth asking for.

Not much at all but if I had to reach for 1 single complaint it would be that the sofa bed which was the main seating in the living room was a bit wonky and therefore uncomfortable after a while. If it didn't rain for 3 days straight keeping us inside we probably wouldn't have noticed.

Close to Town. Large apartment with seperate bedroom, washing machine/ dryer. Comfy bed. Good size bathroom/laundry. Kitchen well equipped except maybe a water jug. Quiet but only because we had a back apartment away from the main road. That’s important.

If you wanted to stream on TV the internet wasn’t up to it. The security gate on Shirley street was broken so therefore anyone could get in particularly into the garage plus the light at the gate wasn’t working so dark at night coming onto the property. While I understand the complex was reasonable old and we got a great size apartment but it lacked a bit of maintenance. We only had the key to the sliding door that was a bit tricky to open and shut. The single door had no key. Light over the hob didn’t work. The battery in the clock had stopped. Plus the sofa was fairly old and dusty. With a little bit of effort it could have been an outstanding place to stay. Still wouldn’t put me off booking it again.

This apartment is handy for the town and beach at Byron Bay. It is well equipped and spacious, has its own pool and BBQ area, plus has secure underground parking on site. We really liked the vibe of Byron Bay and this was a great base from which to enjoy the topwn and explore th surrounding area.

If we booked again, we would book a poolside apartment as ours overlooked the front of the property and the main road. The bedroom is set back in the layout, so the noise was not too disturbing, but sitting on the balcony was not so relaxing at busy times.

We stayed here with our toddler. Great facilities with pool, washing machine, dryer and kitchen. Great location - walking distance in either direction to the town centre or the opposite way to Belongil beach. Not too noisy despite staying in a front unit by the main road. Overall good facilities and location for the price.

The bedroom in our unit didn't quite get as cool despite the ceiling fan on and air-conditioning switched on in the living room. Because of this, we kept the portacot in the living room for the toddler to keep cool. Would've preferred a standard cot with mattress over the portacot provided but this wasn't a huge problem. I probably should've clarified with them first.

The location was brilliant, short walk to shops and cafes, and main beach. Belongil beach was close too but a little walk with a toddler (take your pram). Great little apartment, for some reason I thought I had booked 2 bedrooms (as they are available here) but totally on me, I must have made an error and only booked one bedroom. Which meant sleeping in the same room as our toddler who doesn't always sleep the best. We found the bed to be quite uncomfortable and a fair bit of noise at night if you left a window open, which we felt necessary for airflow. The pool was nice, I don't think heated. Apartment was pretty clean but definitely not spotless. Secure undercover car park and gated apartment buildings were great as well, very secure. All in all, highly recommend, great spot and nice stay.

Uncomfortable bed and could have been a bit cleaner. Also only 2 towels for 3 people, with no hand towels, face washers or bath mat? Not sure if that is the norm though. Portacot was not in the room when we arrived, staff did apologise though. Quick phonecall and it was easy enough for me to go to the undercover car park to find, with double or queen bed flat sheet as am option for an Anco cot. (Depending on your babies age consider taking a cot sheet).

Peace ✌️ ☮️ and quiet 🤫 Clean, Loved the court with the plants trees 🌳 and pool, good atmosphere, I was allowed to smoke 🚬 outside my balcony in respect of the neighbours, the bed WOW 10/10 for the last 14 days I have been hers I slept like a baby, I chilled and studied without any distractions loved the place, I am now officially making this my chill place in between my contract. 3min walk to beach ⛱️ coffee ☕️ fantastic food, and the kitchen did me well, good size fridge, my apartment was warm, and cosy

Really good location, easy to walk into town. Booked because of pool but didn’t use it due to weather, if we did I imagine it wouldn’t get sun much and there isn’t many places to sit. It also looked deep for kids. Apartment itself was perfect so clean and nice, everything in brand new condition. Took a while to find kettle in cupboard!

Only complaint was the basics were quite stingy - we were there for 4 days so don’t want to buy a huge washing up liquid but only had 1 sachet of gel, asked for more and it was given. Same for toilet rolls Kitchen cupboards very high and glasses in a place that almost could be dangerous trying to reach them if short. Knives were all blunt and difficult to cut vegetables but we coped!

Fantastic location, 5 minute walk to beach and Main Street, also close to North Byron, Belongil beach and bus stop. Room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful bathroom and balcony.

Difficult to get in contact with staff regarding check in and leaving bags, no staff at desk and no answer to phone calls/texts. Suggest providing oil for cooking with included basic amenities.

Apartments had everything for a great stay, located close to beach and very quiet

Pool wasn’t as big as the images made out, no change of towels for longer stays told to wash them and 1 bin bag/toilet roll seems a bit silly especially as it’s fully equipped to cook etc. was weird to give more when asked told to go buy at shops didn’t need lots just a few extras would make a great stay
