The cabins were super cute and comfortable. The fridge and tv were a bonus, I didn't know they had those. The location was great. Near to everything I needed. The heater in the room was small but powerful. The bathroom facilities were good. Amazing shower pressure.

I was a bit worried about the room only having a screen door, but the heater made it not a problem, and I used my hair clips to keep the curtains closed. The one time I tried to use the black long key to get in, it wouldn't work. Luckily for me the staff were still working and opened it for me.

Accomodation was clean and comfortable. I stayed a week and during that time they arranged a room cabin refresh with towels and bedding. The location was very good being just 8 minutes walk from the town centre and the beach. Car parking was available right next to the cabin. The kitchen was very functional and allowed me to heat and cook meals and store refrigerated items.

There was a couple of minor damaged items that I reported on arrival. * A broken towel rail bracket. * A damaged cupboard hinge in the kitchen.

The beds were comfortable, the staff were so kind and helpful. The pool was lovely to chill out by. I had sent a message to ask could we drop our bags as we had an early flight and to my surprise when we arrived before 10am they had the cabin ready for us to check in- this was so appreciated after an early flight. The beds were super comfortable, air conditioning worked great - over all a great stay and great value for money. This was my second time staying and I have to say I would return again

Beautiful surroundings! It was our first time staying at holiday park, we loved it and extended 2 nights staying in beach hut and camper van. The beach hut is a really great budget option for those wanting a real bed but with a campsite experience :) Perfect location, 5 minutes from the town, 10 minutes from the beach. Friendly staff

It would be great if there were shared kitchen utensils, pans, plates etc Appreciate most people bring would bring their own if driving there.

Perfect- I will be going back asap. So close to everything but no noise. Only a ten minute walk to the beach. Not even 10 mins to the supermarket and 5 minutes to The Railway hotel. The staff were all lovely and happy to help carry my bags and answer any questions. I loved that they had a pool and washing machine facilities ect. I stayed in a Spa Cabin and it was perfect. It had an air conditioner, TV, kitchen, kitchen table and a spa bath. Seating outside that was covered in case it did rain. Very clean and a comfortable bed. Highly recommend as the best value for money in Byron

Everything was good about this resort. Great location (5 mins walk from the bus station, v. close to town centre). I stayed for a week and they upgraded me to a cabin with bathroom and kitchenette. It was clean and comfortable. The site was quiet and peaceful (it was winter season). The laundry facilities were good. The reception staff were very friendly. I had a great stay here and I would definitely come back.

Perfect for long stays, everything accessible just with a little walk, shops, beach, markets etc ebikes are at the resort to use which was good.

Constant reminders from staff that music, talking, laughing to be quiet at 10pm. Everyone knows that the normal rule, we were all in bed by 9pm. Alot of old people that likes to complain. There were 19 of us so can see why they were thinking we would go all night, but we didn’t. Otherwise a great nights stay.

The grounds are beautiful, very tranquil. The staff very helpful. Great location. Comfortable room.

1) The no visitor rule made it awkward when my friend arrived early to pick me up and I requested him to meet me at the cottage and a staff member asked why he was there. The reason he was not staying with me is because there are no animals allowed and therefore he chose to camp. 2) Hot water ran out after a couple of minutes every time I tried to shower. Challenging when trying to wash one’s hair.

Stayed in one of the cabins and it was everything we needed! Completely self sufficient with hot plate, fridge and microwave. Lovely outdoor seating area and close to Thursday markets and bus station.

Slightly further out than some other accommodations but only a 5 - 10 minute walk to the centre and beach. No wifi in room but BBQ and laundry areas it was super fast.

Nice clean comfortable cabins. Facilities were clean & extensive for guests. Close to main hub of Byron Bay. We had a great relaxing stay here.

Ladies bathroom soap dispensers weren’t topped up even though I advised staff. Some showers in ladies bathroom had only cold water coming out.
