Lovely big apartment. Loads of space. Comfortable Bed. Really luxurious feel (except for the shower) Great location right by the beach

Although the location was great, there was a lot of noise on the Thursday & Friday evenings with a venue next door playing load music until about midnight. It was quiet after that, but if you go to bed early this may be best avoided. Although fitted out with high end products across the apartment for some reason the shower had a really rubbish cheap shower curtain and suction shelf which kept falling off as soon as and weight was applied.

Wow! You can't beat this spot, the service, and the beauty of this hotel. I am so blown away and I absolutely can't wait to visit again! The staff are so lovely and so helpful, and the rooms are just... BEAUTIFUL!!! We got this 2 bedroom villa last minute at a great discount. If the rooms were a bit cheaper, I'd be back even sooner lol. It does come with a price tag, but you're getting the best spot in all of Byron Bay so there's good reason for it. If you can afford it, I can promise it's worth it and that you'll love these luxury suites. I really hope to come back again soon

Nothing. It's perfect!

Fabulous place. We had a garden suite overlooking the sea with roadside access to reach the beach. The accommodation was immaculate with everything you could ask for re the facilities. Each evening we had a BBQ and ate our food listening to the birds in the trees. We can't wait to return. A lot of thought and care has gone into the customer to provide us with a unique experience

Rooms were spacious and great facilities for use. Took us a bit to work out that the aircon units in the room are not all connected to the one on/off but it didn't cause any discomfort. The only thing that was a negative, the outdoor chair cushions were water logged from prior rain and could have been rested vertical to let it drain before next guests come in. Used inside chairs out in the patio area anyway. Good water pressure in shower and hot water and comfortable bed and couch. Would recommend for future visits.

Amazing room, with a wonderful plunge pool. The mini bar was amazing The garden had a door with access to the street which was so convenient. Excellent car park

It felt a little bit like an Air bnb. The check in was basic, no help with bags etc and room cleaning restricted to a window of a few hours a day. Very few apparent staff working. Checkout again was basic which made you feel a little unappreciated. A small investment in the customer experience and this review would have been a 10!

Absolutely everything. I cannot recommend beach suites more. They went above and beyond, so many sweet extras in the room - like teddy’s to keep for my children. The apartment is spotless, modern and spacious. The location is perfect, walking distance to all shops, restaurants and beach. Thank you to the lovely ladies on reception

Nothing, everything was perfect. A lot of places we have stayed on our trip charge you for parking - beach suites doesn’t and your car is in a beautiful underground garage. There’s nothing to dislike!!

Everything, the room was magnificent, well appointed with top class amenities, in a prime location close to all the shopping, cafes, restaurants and the beach just across the road, this must have been the cleanest property we have ever stayed in, the staff were bright, welcoming and friendly, the secure off street parking in the best presented garage I have ever seen was a welcome bonus.

We only stayed one night.

We loved everything about the Suite we will be making this our go to Byron stay cay location. We loved the room the View, the Staff, the location. We are so grateful to have been able to book in last minute WOW it was such a good holiday xx

We were immediately greeted beautifully then arrived to the room and it was spacious and had a really great feel. A full wall of windows and doors.. everything has been very thoughtfully chosen and attention to detail is evident. And so conveniently situated..

The property behind had a bright light on.. but we closed the curtains and it was fine.

We loved everything about this accommodation, room was fabulous, staff were great and the location is so convenient. We cannot wait to come back for longer next time!

Our only issue was parking but we have a big car and we were also towing a boat so it was to be expected and the staff were so accommodating to help us come up with a resolution to this problem
