Location was amazing - close to beach, shops! It was clean. Staff at reception were very friendly. Two sets of keys which was very handy. We knew the property was older and basic before renting - was adequate for all our needs. Fantastic hot shower. Free wifi with Netflix etc.

We liked the property. Only a couple of things to mention in case it is helpful. Main bedroom quite small with no cupboard - just a bit cramped when trying to open our bags. Parking tight for large SUV but wonderful to have free parking. Just a couple of maintenance issues - corner cupboard in kitchen missing a hinge and toilet constantly running after flushing until knocked on side of cistern. I reported both these issues to the staff at reception when checking out.

It’s right across the road from the beach great views and five minutes to walk into town

Clean and comfortable, great views location is key. It’s quite an old building could do with a bit of TLC a few trip hazards around the garage area. There’s a few odd things on the wall that could be repaired or painted the same in the toilet. No pressure in the shower that was disappointing. Nothing fancy old school kettle but the full kitchen if you’re staying awhile you can cook instead of going out. Quite expensive if you’re expecting luxury then it’s not for you but the beds clean comfortable.

The location is superb with great views from Belongil through to the Light House. Directly across from beach with a well maintained grass area in front, so no traffic noise. Could hear the ocean overnight. Close and far enough away from the centre of Byron. Yes, the property is a bit run down, but the positives far outweigh this. I hope the building survives any greedy developers.

General condition internally, but absolutely not an issue

The size of the unit everything you would need was there including WIFI, washing machine &dryer. The views were Amazing, very close to town centre and Restaurants. These units are old style but well put together, for a young family Main Beach Apartments would be great, they face the Beach with a large, grassed area between. Lovely views from the balcony. I priced one of the Newer Units with beach facing views, we would have paid for one day what we paid for 2 nights.

Beach front location is amazing, you can park your car during your stay, as it’s a short stroll to the stores and restaurants. Overall great value for its location, I would book again.

Our apartment bedroom window & screen door could do with a deep clean. Rest of was apartment clean. Great if you are traveling light, as there are a few stairs to navigate with your luggage, if you are staying on 2nd or 3rd floor.

The apartments are located just a few meters from Main Beach, which is probably one of the most center and better spot in Byron Bay. Services provided are 100% accurate according with description: Extremely comfortable beds, spotless bathroom and as we stayed in the base floor, we had an incredible and convenient access to the garden and the beach. Parking provided on site...amazing.

Nothing to say or complain. Everything was perfect.

Great location, nothing like waking up to a view of the beach. Very quiet and good parking. Bed very comfortable. Apartment block is tired however appears well maintained.

When we checked in the reception staff required a physical credit card or credit card number which we couldn't provide. I wasn't able to "tap" for a security bond. However the issue was resolved.

The location was perfect. The room was warm with a great view. The bed configuration was excellent for friends sharing. The beds were comfortable and cosy. It was great having a full kitchen.

The shower head in the bathroom needs fixing , it runs either boiling hot or very cold ,the mixer doesn’t mix. It also only runs at a dribble. This is the only problem we had with the place but needs fixing.

The apartment was in a perfect location, right on the grass in front of the beach, Was exactly what our 2 surfers wanted! It was a couple of minutes walk to the shops/restaurants, was just great. The inside had a modern, chilled beach vibe, it was clean and tidy, very comfortable, had everything we needed. We were on the ground floor, was so nice to just walk out onto our deck to enjoy the sunshine, and have the kids playing on the grass.

No wifi! Whyyyy?? Was a bit of a pain as we had work emails to check at the end of the day. Otherwise no issues.

Amazing location and view, staff very kind and helpful. Very clean, but very old. Broken taps etc but worth it for the location. And yes parking is very congested. Would book again, but it will probably be torn down eventually 😕. Very soft beds.
