The apartments are located just a few meters from Main Beach, which is probably one of the most center and better spot in Byron Bay. Services provided are 100% accurate according with description: Extremely comfortable beds, spotless bathroom and as we stayed in the base floor, we had an incredible and convenient access to the garden and the beach. Parking provided on site...amazing.

The apartment was in a perfect location, right on the grass in front of the beach, Was exactly what our 2 surfers wanted! It was a couple of minutes walk to the shops/restaurants, was just great. The inside had a modern, chilled beach vibe, it was clean and tidy, very comfortable, had everything we needed. We were on the ground floor, was so nice to just walk out onto our deck to enjoy the sunshine, and have the kids playing on the grass.

No wifi! Whyyyy?? Was a bit of a pain as we had work emails to check at the end of the day. Otherwise no issues.

I needed 2 bedroom accommodation close to beach for only 1 night in Byron- Saturday night. I was so surprised to find this place and so impressed with the value for money. Although the accommodation was fairly basic the location AWESOME! Apartment was located on the beach in Byron Bay! Walking distance to every where. Staff were delightful. Highly recommend (-:

No internet and TV didn’t work… but we didn’t have time to watch tv and we have heaps of data on our phones so neither we’re an issue

It was right on the beach..my first to Byron Bay. COULD hear the waves and birds..delightful. walking distance ..right in town. Unit was perfect, comfortable, clean and spacious. Everything we needed. Undercover parking a bonus. Will be back next week. These two overnight business trips but will definitely be back for a holiday. Thank you as well to staff who assisted with urgent booking and late arrival. Excellent customer service.

Perfect location and great views of Byron bay. Very affordable for the location.

Only a small complaint, There was no roof/awning on top floor veranda so couldn’t sit out there when it was raining or too hot. Lounge and chairs were pretty uncomfortable too but we didn’t spend too much time in there so it wasn’t a big deal.

Great location right opposite the beach. Don't judge a book by its cover as exterior of this older complex worn out but reasonably tidy and clean and spacious inside. Location Plus and well worth the stay.

Not reception on site and stairs to climb which could be a challenger for some with their luggage.

the location was perfect. picking up the keys was easy and the staff were friendly. it had off-street parking, which was great. the apartment was clean and comfortable and the price was very reasonable.

there was no wifi, which would have been good to have. It would have also been good to have a washing machine and dryer (even a communal one for the building).

The single beds were old and uncomfortable. There was only one bedside lamp in the single room to service three separate beds. And only one PowerPoint which was at one end of the room (not central). Therefore you could only access a powerpoint for the lamp, or to charge your phone, from the most uncomfortable bed at the end of the room. The main room had no wardrobe or drawers to store clothes or suitcases.

It was a great location, very walkable to town and the beach, on-site free parking

It was very dated and the bathroom was quite dirty. There is no internet, and as a tourist who relies on wifi, that was very disappointing. There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, and the building itself was very loud. Could hear the neighbours as if they were right next to you in the room.

perfect location, close to town and the beaches without it being noisy. comfortable beds, nice balcony, quite basic equipment in the kitchen but enough for breakfasts etc

it would be nice to have had another few toilet rolls, as we only had 2 left for us for a 5 night stay. also only had 2 bin bags so we had to go and buy more of each of these items.
