The location was great and very well positioned on the main street. Only a 10sec walk to the beach. Plenty of room fir the kids to kick a ball on the grassed area at the front. The two bedroom unit was comfortable & had everything we needed for a 4x night stay. The dual toilets & bathroom were very clean. The bedding was very comfortable & carpets clean. The furniture in the bedrooms was a bit dated & worn out but that's to be expected as I imagine the dwelling sees alot of visitors throughout the year. The manager was friendly & engaging. Byron Bay is wonderful place to visit. So much to see & do for people of all ages.

The persons staying in one of the above units on our last night was incredibly loud & disturbed the peace well into the early hours of the morning. No common decency to respect those staying below or nearby. They were drinking & talking very loudly. It clearly states in the accommodation contract that any disturbances requiring the attendance of the duty manager will incurr a $200 call out fee. In hindsight I should've complained & not tolerated the noise.

Layout was perfect. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, we liked the private courtyard, the vicinity to the ocean, the peace.

We had to ring the owner/ manager for 1/2 hour, to tell us the no for the box to get our key for the apartment. Also , no instructions in the apt how to turn on the stove. ( there is a separate switch on another wall.) Apart from these 2 small hiccups, it was the perfect stay for us and we would like to book next year again.

Location was amazing! Beach access directly across the car park/grass from front door - can see the ocean from glass sliding doors/balcony for afternoon drinks and morning chillax from apartment 8. Easy 5 minute stroll into town to eat, shop and look around - rained first night and we could still walk in/out without umbrella. Quiet area compared to other in town accommodation options with noisier venues at night (partying/music etc) Apartment was exactly as pictured, very clean and tidy and everything you needed. Get a Uber to the lighthouse then walk back - unless you’re 7/10 fitness or higher as all uphill to get there. Free laundry facilities was a bonus.

Wasn’t sure where the big bins and laundry were initially, dryer melted one of my expensive bras onto the back of the dryer - no sign to advise only use the delicate setting (cleaner told me this after it had melted). A printed guide to the apartments inside the room instead of email would’ve been handy but we loved our stay!

Great apartment with a lot of space. Clean and nicely furnished. Location is very good, only a short walk to the center of Byron Bay and very close to the beach. Nice BBQ facilities on the property. Kitchen is well equipped. Even some games and a puzzle were in the apartment, which was nice for the kids. There are also great laundry facilities, with a very large laundry machine and good tumble dryer.

There is one bathroom for 3 bedrooms, which can be a bit of an issue if you travel with family and friends.

Location was brilliant! Mark kindly left us the keys to access the property as we arrived after the designated check in time. Modern bathrooms. Large space. Nice veranda. Saturday markets right outside the back door. 2 minutes walk from the beach. 5 minutes walk to shops and bars. Fantastic!

The only slight downfall was some of the furniture was slightly dated but the interior was fabulous with new bathrooms. Overall very happy with this property and would stay again!

The room itself was really well laid out and very comfortable. The location of the apartments is excellent. We were able to walk to most things and only needed to get the car out to go to The Fram and Wategos Beach.

Apartment was clean & well equipped. Location was excellent for shops, restaurants & beach.

Looking a little tired in places - broken blind slats, downstairs shower seal split, curtain track broken. But these certainly wouldn't put us off considering staying here again if we return to Byron Bay.

The whole experience was great, Annie greeted us in the best way possible, told us various activities we could do while at Byron Bay (we are not Australians), the apartment was very clean, tidy and comfortable. 10/10 experience, would do it again.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were lovely. Amazing location, right onto the beach and near everything in the town. The apartment was clean and newly renovated with lots of space for our group (there were 5 of us).

Location was great So what do you like having?

No salt and pepper shakers, no paper towels, no spatula, no beach towels. You have to clean up after yourself before you check out. there were no air conditioning in the bedrooms.
