Good location

I'm writing this because the receptionist at Massey Greene asked me to report this. Prior to our visit, I contacted Massy Green Holiday Park to see if we could add an extra person at the last moment because we were staying in a 5 bed cabin. There would be 3 of us. I was told No by the person on the phone. The person was of no assistance at all. I was on the phone waiting when I called for quiet some time and feel the call may have been diverted. The information on Bookings.com advised me to ring the Park if I needed to make changes and I received a negative response. The person on the phone told me trying to deal with Bookings.com over the phone was difficult and that was basicly the priced I paid for booking through them.

Location was ideal, loved being in Brunswick Heads, the bungalows were well set up, a home away from home, very clean and comfortable, with enough pillows and towels

The campers in the site next to our bungalow placed their chairs right next to our bedroom window, as there was a privacy hedge, I don't think they realized it was right next to the bedroom window. Likewise, the adjacent campsite faced their entire living area right in front of the lounge window of our bungalow, forcing us to keep the blind closed, for their privacy and ours.

We loved our stay here. The cabin was clean and spacious and even had a little view of the river. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and town but just enough of the way of busy parts of town. We'll definitely be back.

It would have been handy if the kitchen had a few pantry staples like cooking oil and paper towel. We had to buy these things which was a bit wasteful as we were only there four days.

Everything, what an absolute gem. We stayed in cabin 12, right in the front on the corner. The views were so beautiful, even though we were in a caravan park, it still felt private and quiet. The cabin was big and spacious, very clean and tidy, great kitchen, bath in the bathroom. The bed was so comfy. You can walk to everything, cafes, pubs, beach etc. It's whale season, so we spent a lot of time watching the whales and dolphins just out from the main beach. The campsite even had a fish n chip van come in at lunchtime. We will come back again. It's well worth the rates.

There's truly nothing i didn't like. The campground is looking a bit tired, but that didn't affect our stay at all.

Cabin was amazing and comfortable for the whole family

Frypan was not stick free. Unfortunately, we were not able to use it after one use as everything burnt and stuck to it. And the tongs had not spring, so they didn't work well either. Otherwise, it is a beautiful cabin in which we enjoyed and would love to visit again.

A very comfortable bungalow with all the amenities for a holiday by the river. Easy walking to the village shops, beach and pub.

Toilet is cramped and a squeeze for even mid-sized adults. Shower head needs to be replaced.

Location of the park was fantastic. We walked everywhere around town and the beach. Did a spot of fishing. Some of the cabins are right at the front boom gate and even in quiet times it’s busy and noisy. Bunk beds are not very comfortable for an adult but would suit children. Nice bathroom and the bbq on the veranda is excellent. Central laundry facilities were great and reasonably priced for a load of washing.

The location, the cabin we stayed in was great for a small family with everything we needed.

It was so hard to speak with the front desk. We needed to call in advance about bringing a boat and everytime we called we went through to a call centre who couldn’t connect the call to the park.

Location is fantastic, so close to the water which we could see from our cabin Beautiful Mexican restaurant located at entrance to park Takes less than 5 mins to walk into the shops and pub Easy check in Grounds are kept very clean and tidy Laundry facilities - pay by card, heaps of machines to use and all are kept clean Cabins are a good size Beds are OK, and lounge was comfy to sit on We didn't eat in but would have loved to have tried the BBQ on the balcony I did sit on the balcony and listed to the birds in the morning

No box to drop cabin key in when leaving early Cabin felt like it needed some love (paint/ new carpet)

Staff very pleasant and helpful, cabin great, setting beautiful. Handy to town.

Liked everything but the weather- but that wasn't their fault!
