Excellent hotel and excellent staff. Room was clean. Breakfast was very plentiful and fresh. Spa facilities were very good (we only used the salt room, sauna and jacuzzi). Location was excellent and centrally located.

The hotel is tip-top, with about everything you need in your room and spectacular views of the city at higher floors. Nice place if you have to work on your laptop. Staff is very nice and helpful. Comfy bed and classic upholstery.

A couple of years ago, it was much better. The pandemic took its toll, though. Rooms are 30% more expensive than before, and the overall quality decreased. The minibar is empty, and you have to buy your own stuff from downstairs, at ridiculously (unacceptable) high prices. There is no grocery close to the hotel, by the way. The restaurant on the top floor is expensive and the menu not so diversified and spectacular as it was a couple of years ago.

Friedly staff :) Good location, as it is quite central and at walking distance from the main attractions. Also close to the tram stop. The view from the window is great. Rooms are clean. Free parking. Copious breakfast! Spa area is clean. Water in the swimming pool is at a comfortable temperature. The only disadvantage is that it can get a bit crowdy :( But we were lucky every second time we visited and had an entire swimming lane per person and jacuzzi just for ourselves. Would definetely come back.

Oh My God!!!!! Breakfast! Breakfast! The best so far in my life, and I travelled guys From Aruba, Vancouver, Toronto, Niagara on the lake, to Frankfurt, Nantes, Koblenz, Tallinn, Helsinki, stayed at Sheraton, Sandals, Hyatt, Iasi Unirea, the best breakfast ever. When you stepped in they are waiting for you with Prosecco sparkling wine and you can have a fresh cut of prosciutto, tarama salad, many types of sausage, lots of egg cooked in different ways, fruits, fresh juices, pastry, fish like smoked salmon, many many many choices. I am telling you I AM IMPRESSED how you are respected as a customer on the isolated city by the European Union border. Customer service is also something outstanding. Very friendly. Many of them came from Republic of Moldova (just across the border), ready to please. Room was very clean and quite, view was fantastic (we had room 808). Another out of expectation feeling was the restaurant. Live music. Not very cheap, but high class. We did not have reservation, but we were lucky. You may enjoy the meal @13th floor. I'd recommend Cioppino (I guess they call it sea food soup), pork hook (They call it roasted pork leg) and i would not miss the beef stew (they call it beef sour soup)

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Breakfast: The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. From local specialties to international favorites, everything was well-prepared and beautifully presented. Room: My room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the room was equipped with all the amenities you would expect from a high-quality hotel. I particularly appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the small touches like complimentary water and toiletries. I can’t recommend enough and will definitely be returning for another stay in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about my stay. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I returned to this hotel, and it remains an excellent choice for staying in Iași. The rooms overlooking Piața Unirii offer stunning views, especially at night, and the hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from the city center. The rooms are well-equipped with very comfortable beds, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the underground parking is included for the entire duration, along with access to the spa and an excellent breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location was very good in city center, the breakfast very nice, a lot of delicious options and the staff was polite. Overall a very good experience.

The pool was little for the amount of people, especially it was vacation for kids and because there is no special pool/place for kids in spa area the place can became a little crowded. The parking is a bit awkward because you have to walk outside of the hotel that goes to an elavator special that goes to the parking lot. It's a bit uncomfortable.

Great hotel, large rooms, excellent breakfast with plenty of choices and beautiful views of the city centre from the window. Top sport, sauna and pool centre and nice upper floor restaurant. Rooms are very comfortable, kettle and tea and coffee in each room, nice renovated baths. Overall an excellent experience.

The price is perhaps on the high side given the facilities and the location of the hotel.

The room was big and comfortable. Very good in-room amenities. Very central location, close to a nice city centre and touristic attractions. Staff very helpful & 24/7 checkin was great.

Overall it was a very good stay. The only things I liked a bit less were that the room were heated quite to a lot compared to what I'm used to in my home place (but so is the rest of public space in Romania) + through the ventilation I did catch some smoke smell one night which wasn't pleasant, probably due to a neighbour smoking even though it's forbidden by the hotel.

Everything was great. The rooms are renovated, are modern, clean, with big and confortable bed. The breakfast was very rich in a modern breakfast area. The stuff was friendly and helpfull. Also, Spa and pool was a reason a chose this hotrl and I can say I was not dissapointed. The pool has good water temperarure, there are 3 saunas too choose and there is a jacuzzi. I enjoyed a lot my 2 nights in the hotel. If I visit Iasi again, definetly I will stay here.

The thermostat in the room was not really working. Even if it's winter I do not like very warm but the warmth was constant. When me and my family left twe reported this incident and they said they will fix it.
