All Inclusive, fantastic location, staff was excellent.

After years of accommodating countless people the wear and tear is starting to show.

Amazing resort in the desert mountains. From one side we see cactuses; on the other side, all greens, palm trees, and grass. So many pools to choose from; I left and realized I never went to 2 of them. The food was very good. The Market was a hit with the teens in my group; it's like a luxurious food court with choices of pizzas, tacos, sorbet, crepes, salads/sandwiches (healthy counter), and a coffee/pastries shop. The buffet had a huge selection of food and every night had a different theme. The Japanese restaurant was another big hit with sushis and Asian food. The staff was quick and pleasant taking and bringing food and drink orders to the pool. The shuttle to the sister resort was a plus so we could enjoy a swimmable beach and all the amenities of the downtown resort while on the beach. We were served on the beach and enjoyed their poolside restaurant, although, Sunset is a much superior resort. We did the all-inclusive package and are glad we did it as food in Cabo AND at the hotel are very expensive.

having to get up at 7:00 to reserve the shuttle to the beach downtown. I wish we had the option to reserve it at least the night before.

The service feels like it is focused on americans and Mexicans looked down upon, only in the Market we experience this type of mistreat, other places everyone was above and beyond

I liked everything but the website did not announce some ares would be closed. The food at Frida was not fresh the extra charge does not justify the quality, having food from the can when Mexico it’s so rich in natural food is unacceptable

Monika-Front Desk, was excellent and did a wonderful job helping us twice during our stay. Daniel-Cart Driver, was so vivacious and fun!! He made us laugh and got us everywhere safely. Loura-Housekeeper, was outstanding! She made sure all was clean and that we had everything we needed. Edwin-Tech Support, was knowledgeable, personable, and persistent. He did a great job! Felix and Marco-Cibola Restaurant, were fantastic! They were kind, attentive, and made sure we were happy! Silverio-Le Bistro, was so gregarious and just a fabulous server. He always wore the greatest smile. His service was perfect! We had a great time!!

Blanca, a sales representative in the main lobby, approached us a total of 5 times. On our last morning, she continued to try to talk to us, even though we were unresponsive. Needless to say, it was annoying. We believe she may benefit from additional training.

Lots of options at the Breakfast buffet. The egg station was also a great option as well. We also enjoyed having breakfast at the diner.

Even though we had all inclusive, we did not have the freedom to walk in to the buffet and seat ourselves. We had to check in with a host, scan our bracelet and then wait to be seated. The wait at the diner was long. Even to be greeted after sitting down we waited a long time just to place order.

Food in general was very good - we've only had one other all-inclusive experience and this was equal to that one. Not all the restaurants were great - but generally there were options that were very good. Room service was relatively quick and bar service was exceptional.

The layout of the hotel makes golf cart travel a must. It was difficult to plan spontaneously because catching golf carts as they went by was difficult.

Gorgeous resort with grand interiors, attentive staff, multiple pools to choose from, spacious suites with everything you need. Definitely would recommend the sky pool. It has the best views, with good music and an infinity pool. Never seemed too busy. There's a choice of restaurants and we were lucky to be there for Mexican independence day where the main restaurant had fantastic, fresh made tacos.

Some cocktails were made with syrup, not fresh fruit juice, so were not great. Maybe it's American style and we just aren't used to the same ingredients etc. We also are not used to the pestering from the salesmen trying to sell timeshares. However we were left alone when they realised we aren't eligible. Mimosas were nice, but they are traditionally served in a champagne flute (not a pint glass) which I had to request. That seemed odd, but it was provided when possible, thank you.

Location and staff was amazing.

Had to change rooms due to screaming toilet. Maintenance didn’t come to fix. Upgraded our room but the staff was accommodating and upgraded us. Ordered 4 bottles of water from room service one night and it was never delivered, even though it said it was.

It was a beautiful placewith a very convenient location. Close to the Marina and many activities. The food was AMAZING. Every day had different cousins and each was tasteful and delicious. The transportation within the hotel was so amazing. We loved the staff. They are very friendly, helpful, polite and caring.

I wish the rooms and furniture were a bit updated. Our room location was beautiful, but it seemed it hadn't been updated since 20 years ago. It can add significant value to the first impression. I suggest adding some night activity, Dance, or sunset firepit along the beach. It's a beautiful view but hasn't been used to its full potential.

Beautiful Property, amazing food at restaurants and Sunday buffet was incredible. The violinist they hired was awesome and played upbeat pop music. Waitstaff worked hard and very pleasant.

We received our keys to the room around 3:30pm. We hustled to our room so we could change real quick into our swim suits and went to the main pool on the beach. We went to get towels and they said they were out and to check back in 40 minutes - which we did and they still didn’t have any towels. We checked back again 30 minutes later and no towels. We had to walk back to our room dripping wet. The towel cards they give you state on them there is a $25 USD charge if you lose the card. Ironic since they can’t even provide a towel to you later in the day. The pillow cases were missing from our 4 bed pillows. Housekeeping banged on our door at 10am even though we had the do not disturb sign on it. They wanted to clean our room but check out wasn’t until 11am. No water or coffee in room.
