Great place in Sylhet, really enjoyed my stay here. Located in a residential area so nice and quiet. The room definitely had a 5 star feel to it and was very clean. You're about a 30min walk or a very cheap rickshaw ride to the main shopping/city centre. A fresh breakfast is provided at whatever time you choose and the man working there knows how to get to all the places of interest. It is around a 20min journey from the airport and around 15min from the bus/train station. Would easily recommend this place to anyone (foreign or local) visiting Sylhet.

Not sure if this is possible as it is located in a residential building, but maybe an ouside sign could be useful. Especially if arriving late.

An electric fly swatter would have been obligatory here! had to search for 9 mosquitoes in one night alone, which kept me awake again and again - 1 cockroach in the room - The food we ordered in the evening was only mediocre. The portions could have been bigger. For the same price in the restaurant you get more meat, for example

In my opinion, the rent could be less. There are other hotels available which offer the same facilities and amenities, but cheaper. This hotel offers different rooms in the same apartment for different guests, so I felt a little uncomfortable regarding privacy. Also, the room we stayed in did not have a balcony, a key feature they mentioned for their rooms. I am not saying this hotel is bad. I just expected a little more for the price I paid.

Excellent and cosy place, couldn’t even tell I was in Sylhet when in the room. The place was very clean and modern looking and I especially liked the balcony in our room. The service was impeccable, Mr Opurbo was very extremely helpful and looked after our every need. He was very patient with us and did his job with care and consideration. His hospitality definitely requires recognition and reward, as he single-handily handles the operation of the hotel.

There was no sign outside the property directing us to the hotel. Tea and coffee in the cafeteria was charged but was not made clear to us at the beginning of the stay.

I am an Italian citizen, I booked a room at Hotel Flagship Sylhet from Italy. I wanted to go to the country and live in a place where I could live on my own terms. I was very worried at first about how the hotel would be. But after visiting the hotel I liked it a lot. I got exactly what I wanted. I have requested my friend to stay in this hotel when they come to Sylhet, because I like their service very much. I used to come to the hotel after many nights, they always opened the gate for me, I annoyed them a lot, but they always gave me service. I like the fact that they never get bored. Especially Asad bhai, he used to stay up till night just for me, I actually used to open the gate for me. I got a very good experience from here. Thank you Jatra🥰

jatra Flagship Sylhet is a very good hotel in Sylhet city in low budget. Other hotels do not provide such services within this budget. At first glance, you'll think it's a house. You can't understand how beautiful their rooms are until you see them. Their environment is very peaceful. You can relax after a long day's work, absolutely noise free, which you will not find in other hotels. Their manager Asad Bhai is a very helpful man. I couldn't go out because of the rain, he took me to the car with an umbrella. Those who go to Sylhet for official work can keep this hotel in their wish list.

I booked a room at Jatra Flagship Sylhet few days ago, and yesterday I stayed there. I like everything about them. Like their room, room decoration, staff, environment everything. I look at all their floors, I like it very much. But they should change the televisions, because this manual television is not suitable in this quality hotel. Like their televisions are not smart. But the behavior of their staff is very good especially Asad bhai. He is a very helpful man, that's because I left my electronic device in the room during check-out, Asad bhai called me and delivered it to the main road. I like all these things very much.

Asad, the person at the front desk on level 4, was easy to talk to & very accomodating of guests requests. The CNG driver the hotel uses, is excellent, accomodating & fairly priced to, with a reasonable understanding of English. I felt very comfortable in both mens company. The breakfast was a choice between western-style & Bengali. Both were sumptuous & of adequate portion, arriving at the agreed time. The electronic door locks & bolts on the inside of the room doors provide layers of security.

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is quiet, with very little traffic noise. Finding the hotel was straightforward enough, but upon arrival at the building, there is absolutely no signage on the exterior, to indicate Jatra Flagship is within the building. Even a sign beside the lifts in the garage would be very helpful. I say this because, as the hotel is down a quiet residential side street, the building does not feel like, or look like there is a hotel inside, thus, I felt unsettled.

I stayed at Jatra flagship Sylhet yesterday, although it is a service apartment, their service is very good. I have traveled to many places in Bangladesh, but I have never found such a service apartment. It was really one of a kind. I especially like their room and management. If you travel to Sylhet, you will find Asad, he is a very smiling person.As if he informed me about various tourist places and rented a board at Ratarkul at a very cheap rate.

But the problem is that they don't have any signboard, it's a bit difficult to find. This is the best place to stay in otherwise.
