The hotel on the outside looks ghetto, but the inside is very updated and clean and new. I would not have picked this place if I had driven up to it first. But I booked online and saw it after booking. Don’t let the ugly outside make you uncomfortable, it’s taken very good care f on the inside

I was informed by a friend that this property does not honor allowing you book and check in at 12am. I fly a lot and need to rest after my flight. I do not think o will book again due to this finding.

The hotel location is very convenient. The room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. There was a small desk in the room which was very convenient. The reception desk staff were helpful with local area information.

They should NOT advertise that breakfast is included. Thre is NO breakfast, just a ridiculous pastry commercially packaged, tasteless and seemed aged. The coffee was good.

The overnight front desk guy was great we arrived at 2am he couldn't figure out to change my room from upstairs to downstairs so the owner woke up an came an fixed it. They dont have elevators due to having a injury i couldn't do the stairs they made accommodations according to me. The owner then stayed with me while my husband moved the truck.

The outside is ghetto, some of the people staying are on drugs and a prostitution incident occurred at 2 am and the woman was locked out bakes and raising 10 kinds of hell.. lots of drama from that. Not hotels fault but some rift raft there

The manager was very accommodating and nice. Staff as well, I would stay again.

However the breakfast was just a honey bun. The tub had knob issues. The door stuck and the floor was filthy.

I loved that the pool was open, because it was the main reason why I booked this hotel. The staff is very nice. The room is clean and organized.

The TV didn't work.

I will never go back to your property play the sample if I can check in at midnight when I booked a room before 12 AM you lose my service
