This was the perfect stay for my boyfriend and I attending a wedding in Houston, TX. The bed was very comfortable. Inside the room, there was an iron/iron board, microwave, refrigerator, single couch with leg rest, TV, AC, and towels/toiletries in the bathroom (just to name a few features). They serve breakfast until 9AM - food was decent, nothing crazy but can fill you up. They also have complimentary water in the lobby. The hotel is near the Riverpark shopping center which is walkable!

If you leave your key cards near credit cards or electronic devices, it tends to “stop working” which leaves you to go to the front desk for them to reactivate it. This happened twice to us, even if it was tucked inside a pocket or purse, so just be aware, but the front desk is quick to reactivate it. Also, while

Cleanliness. Especially the breakfast area. The man who works in the kitchen does a great job of keeping up with the kitchen and cleaning.

The room was hot when we arrived and I went to request a room change. I was instructed that the a/c was controlled on the wall. Working fine but also we had to ask for soap. The ottoman was dirty/stained. Small issues but overall clean. A nice clean hotel.

The staff especially Ms. Maria was very smiling and welcoming all out to make your stay as good as possible. Few Basic amenities like dental/shaving kit with a pen and writing pad can enhance the experience,

It needs to be more happening A Non Slip mat in the bath tub is very important Shower needs to have better pressure.

It was a pleasant surprise and gem in a very nice area. There was a lot of restaurants, stores, etc around the hotel. Easy acres to the freeway. Although I did not fully get to participate, breakfast was fresh, available and on time EVERY morning at 6am, with a variety of choices. I LOVED the infused water available at all times

The only downfall was my room key didn't work initially, It appeared to be a "short" in the key pad/door. It ultimately worked fine after the staff came and opened it with the master key

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and quiet, but could be a little challenging to find if you are not familiar with the area. The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was better than average. They have a coffee machine available all day.

It was easy to get to and very quiet. The staff was amazing. After a 3 hour drive for a conference, it was nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

The water pressure unfortunately wasn't all that great. I'm not sure if was because of the recent flooding in the area but that was the only complaint.

The room temperature was easily controlled and got as cool as I usually l like it to be, and the bed was pretty comfortable for a "budget" hotel. The hotel was clean for the most part, but the breakfast was outstanding. There were plenty of options, it was hot and fresh, and there were even to-go options. I was very impressed with this free breakfast, and that coupled with the excellent customer service would be my reasons for staying here again in the future.

he room could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. The towels didn't smell very fresh and were really dingy and gray no matter how many "clean" ones we asked for. The hallway had a pretty strong smell, but it wasn't a usual cleaner smell. Not sure what it was, but it was there the entire stay. My two adult children stayed in this room, and they both complained about the smell of the sheets and the room. I visited their room a few times, and can confirm it did have a smell to it, but it was almost connected to the smell in the hallway.

Staff was amazingly helpful and very nice during check in and check out. rooms very comfortable and the breakfast was great!

Bed is comfortable. Coffee counter is very good.

Aircon is old. We saw a cockroach in the bathroom.
