Staff very helpful and respectful. Nice swimming pool in front of the beach. Good breakfast (buffet) Facilities were correct. Room quite spacious. Nice and big parking for cars. Possible to rent a bike at the hotel.

Mosquitoes / bugs in the bathroom. Mattress really hard. AC a bit noisy at night.

Room was huge. A walk through cupboard/place to put suitcases and then large bathroom. Very clean. Staff in restaurant were super friendly, played hide and seek with our 2.5 year old and remembered her name daily. Large pool including kids pool which was a good depth. Extra chairs and umbrellas now available around pool which is good as it gets super hot around the pool. Breakfast wasnt included in our room rate but it was only 80,000idr per person. It was a buffet and just enough variety, noodlea, rice, eggs, bacon or sausages, toast, cereal and fruit Complimentary water daily. Rooms cleaned daily. Good location across from Indromart supermarket for basic drinks/toiletries/snacks. Warungs along beach 2 min walk for other food options for lunch/dinner and to watch the sunset and see Mount Agung. Room service or pool service. We ordered regularly from the restaurant and they delivered to our room which was good. Tv has youtube or some movies to watch.

Nothing major as we loved it but the pool decking gets incredibly hot. The pool has no shade so it can get super hot in the day but nothing a hat and sunnies cant fix.

We booked the sea view room, it was way bigger than we imagined. 4 of us (2 adults, a 5 yo and 1 yo) fit on one bed comfortably. Plenty of storage, great TV. We came during rainy period and the weather was terrible, but being in this hotel definitely made us feel relaxed. The breakfast was lovely too. Plenty of car parking space (which is very important for us). Convenience store right at the front of the hotel. Lots of amenities around such as spas, restaurants etc.

The location is great but you can’t really snorkel right in front of the property. You’ll basically need to go further south to be able to see the beautiful coral. Another thing is, the hotel is so big I feel like it’s missing the ‘Amed’ charm. The latter is just my personal opinion, nothing to do with the hotel.

We loved our time at the Seamount 🥰 The staff were great, the ocean view rooms were clean, comfortable and had an amazing view. The hotel organised a snorkeling trip for us which was a good price and we saw lots of wonderful tropical fish. Warung Segara a few doors down the beach had the best fresh grilled fish. We ate there 3 nights out of 4 👍👍

The air con broke down but we were able to be moved to a different room straight away. The pool was very warm but the ocean was only a few steps away when the pool got too hot.

The hotel is in the middle of Amed. Away from the main road, plenty parking and space. Very near to the beach. Alternative restaurants/warungs very close on walking distance. Clean rooms, plenty storage and spacious bathroom.

The (old) sheets smelled a bit damp. Jamur-ish. Sad. Only two smaller pillows on the bed. Towels are a tad old and now off white. Breakfast not spectacular, just so so. It sounds bad, but it actually isn’t. The staff make up for a lot and for holiday it’s really nice!

The hotel impressed us at a glance, a very beautiful well-maintained territory, with blooming trees. Everything is clean and accurate. The swimming pool was perfect, we liked that the water was warm. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable with nice view of the sea or the garden. Although there are lots of boats along Amed beach, there are none in front of Seamount, so nothing prevents you from enjoying the sea. The food at the restaurant was delicious, all the staff are friendly and smiling. Seamount Hotel, thank you for our happy holidays!

This property is fantastic. The staff are friendly and the rooms and surroundings are spotless. On the beach with awesome views of Mount Agung and pool is amazing. The friendly reception staff organised me a scooter and it was there in 20 minutes. It's 5 minutes ride away from the snorkelling beaches,

The sea view room was very big, and airy. The pool was massive and clean, and as the hotel is right on the beach, the views at breakfast and during the day are brilliant. Amed is very spread out, there are bars and warungs a few minutes walk away. And sunset point is about a 35 mins and great for an afternoon chilling. It is only a 15 Mon walk to the beach with the coral reefs for snorkeling .

There were so many flies in the bathroom, they did offer us a change of room, but we saw other people asking for fly spray too. They are tiny little flies like midgies, they didn't bite. We sprayed the bathroom 4 and 5 times a day and it was like a fly graveyard. It's a problem that needs sorting as the hotel is really nice. If they sort it I would happily recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was good on first day when ordered from menu. The next 3 days when they had more guests they put out a pretty poor buffet. The staff on breakfast were nice enough to cook us what we wanted from the menu. but only because we asked. Thankyou to breakfast staff, but management need to better on breakfast. Also the fridge in room is useless. It will get things slightly cool only. No good for beer or drinks. Management know about this but do nothing about it. Stayed here last year and was the same then.

There were no sea view rooms available, when we booked, so we stayed in a garden view room, which was absolutely fine, very big, light and modern, with a dressing area, kettle and fridge. The pool was massive and clean, and the hotel is right on the beach - the views at breakfast and sitting around the pool during the day are great with the view of Mount Agung as a backdrop. Also great sunsets. Before staying we had read some negative reviews about cleanliness of the rooms, old bedding, flies in the bathroom, breakfast quality, etc - but we can honestly say that we encountered none of these problems during our 4 night stay. Our room was immaculate, fresh smelling with very comfortable and clean bed linen - in fact, we could find no negatives at all and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We cannot comment on evening meals, as we ate at the local warungs, which were much cheaper, but we found the a la carte breakfast menu (there was no buffet whilst we were there) to be varied and tasty. Amed itself is very spread out, but this location, we feel, is perfectly placed for some really good bars and warungs, just a few minutes walk away. The best bar along the beach, Reggae Bar, is next door and this section of beach is free of fishing boats. It is only a 15 minute walk to Jemeluk Bay. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and feel that it is very good for the price.

The only slight negative is that there could be more beds in relation to the amount of rooms. Also there is not always enough shade for them as the parasols are not moveable. Could be an idea to place a few around on the grassy area
