Warm welcome, clean room with comfortable bed and working air conditioning at a reasonable price near the motorway - just what you need for an overnight stay en route. Despite the next-door logistics centre the double glazing and the extra blind (curtains AND blind were there) made sure we could sleep well. There are also several places to eat dinner within walking distance - we went to Chez Marc which was good value for both food and wine. There is a place over the road (Patapain) to buy a take-out lunch for the next day on the road and a filling station 1 k down the road with reasonable prices. So all you need - we'll be back the next time we are taking this route.

The décor is a bit dated - but as I say above, it is clean and comfortable

Excellent for a family short stay - we were with our kids, 2y and 7m old, we got free crib and a full single bed plus a large double bed for us in the Triple room, very spacious, with the table/chair, TV, small placard and place to keep the luggage, and the shelves near each bed. Good variety of lighting in the room, super comfortable beds, AC/heating, in the bathroom there is good amount of space, light, no water leaks. It was very quiet in the room, we did not hear any outside or neighbors noise. Breakfast was enough, there is some choice like pastry, butter, cheese, ham, jam, eggs, pancakes, cereals, fruits, usual warm and cold drinks. Stuff was very nice. Plenty of parking space. We had a diner at Leon nearby, the decor and food was pleasant, and our son enjoyed playing in their cabane house. Super stay, merci !

Very easy to find. Clean, spacious bedroom with large wet room. Comfy bed. Good, secure gated parking. Lift to all floors. Pleasant staff. No evening meal available but 15% discount on good restaurant within easy walking distance or very short drive if required. Very good breakfast. Petrol station at the very end of the road used to access the restaurant. (Off large roundabout).

Nothing. Stayed here before and will stay again en route from Spain where we left that morning.

First visit to this particular Ace Hotel, quiet location, easily reached from motorway, quiet room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, secure parking and friendly staff. Lovely meal at Chez Marc nearby.

The bathroom could do with a little refresh. The WiFi was a bit slow, but we were in a ground floor room at the rear of the hotel, it seemed much better in the breakfast room.

Second time staying here, very impressed, everything clean and comfy. Good location, friendly staff, secure parking and good breakfast. After the previous visit we asked for a room on a different floor as previously we found the wifi was not good on the ground floor and this time it was much better on the 3rd floor. It was also very quiet.

Nothing to dislike.

Easy to find. Ample, secure, parking. Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Good size, comfy bed. Good breakfast. Does not offer an evening meal but there are three restaurants very close, one of which ( at we dined) offering 15% discount to Ace hotel guests. It was a good meal. Have stayed at a couple of Ace Hotels and always been pleased. Good value for money.

For the price, I could not fault this hotel and have booked again for September.

Fenced and gated car park. Easy to find the hotel. We asked for and were allocated a ground floor room as my wife had injured her leg. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom. I think we were allocated a disabled room which was not necessary but appreciated. Room spotless and well equipped. Large, comfy bed. Pillows a little small but perfectly adequate. A good choice of restaurants near by. When we returned in the car, the gate was closed but with intercom, so the gate opened quickly. Breakfast good.

In our case not a lot.It is a budget hotel but with above budget accommodation. Will stay on our next trip from Spain.

Good hotel at an economic location near the A71 main road. Very friendly staff who is helpfull. Nice discount for restaurant nearby (but we prefer dinner in the centre). Spacious room with well equipped bathroom

I didn't like the bed but that is very personal of course. For my preferences, it was too soft and too warm

Comfortable bed, room with air conditioning lots of space and great shower, close to the motorway but a quiet location great place to overnight if travelling to the south, close to excellent restaurants and breakfast was great. All in all a great experience and place to stay.

Generally fine though our room overlooked a logistics depot and lorries leaving early in the morning were a bit noisy. But location on a small industrial estate so not unexpected.
