The young lady (Maddie) at the front desk greeted us with a warm & friendly smile. She was so happy & cheerful and made great conversation with us as we came inside and paid for our room.

There was nothing we didn't like during our stay. However, the "continental breakfast" lacked in flavor and quality (but it's to be expected in an ordinary "continental breakfast"). The lady running the kitchen/serving area was a tad bit rude, but my husband was having difficulty making our waffles ((it was very messy to use)). LOL

Nice new and clean. Had the pool to ourselves. Staff was great.

The elevator was broken when we went to leave. I've had multiple knee operations and both shoulders replaced. We had to carry everything down 2 flights of stairs very inconvenient. Also, the fridge in our room never got cold, but they did get one from another room to exchange it.

The property is brand new and clean. Location was great, rooms were good size. Will stay here again. Price was good too! Did not try the breakfast due to timing of the event I was in town for but it looked decent.

Did not like the signs stating breakfast was to be eaten on property and could not be taken to go. We were in a hurry with early events and would have liked to have a to go option.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s a nice new quiet location.

I got there and they didn’t have my reservation. I waited in the lobby over an hour trying to get it figured out. The reservation ended up getting canceled and I had to pay again and wait for the money from my reservation to be refunded. And for this reason I most likely won’t go back there.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, ability to use laundry room ;manager and front desk staff exceptional, kind, respectful, service always with a smile. Croissants were delicious.

A/c made loud noise, housekeeping request was poor, did not like that we could not take breakfast to the room and the poor service attitude of the kitchen staff. Coffee was not good.

I stayed for 9 nights while I was in town for work it was fantastic just 4 minutes from Sam Houston university where I went to training very clean and quiet loved my long stay

Good location, nice people, good breakfast, Clean room and facility, ez parking ,ez checkout. I am very pleased I will stay there again.

The AC unit was a bit loud for me , woke me up. I would recommend they have a service company check it out.

Best bacon ever OMgosh great selection at breakfast TVs in a couple places so you can watch sports on one or news and weather on the other one

The doors are very heavy and slam when they shut the hotel was at 80% occupancy that is a lot of slamming

The friendly staff that welcomed you and their efficiency in providing for your needs. The cleanliness, order and overall upkeep of the facility was impressive. The extra perk of lemon water in the lobby was excellent!

Breakfast was so so, nothing special, free.

It's my own fault that I don't stop a store for snacks $4 for a small snicker bar and another $4 for a bag of M&Ms a major rip off. No reason to price gouge like that.
