I liked the location, the great view, the staff friendliness, the breakfast and the cleaness of the room

The internet didn't always work and when it did it wasn't of the best quality, this was a problem as I was working from the room. The networks I was pointed to from the TV display either didn't exist or gave a wrong password. I was pointed to yet another network when asking, but even this one was poor quality. The shower didn't drain, ended up with a lake there. The edge of the shower cabin is very low so water spills over the edge on to the bathroom floor. Seems like a poor design

I received a free upgrade to an apartment. The apartment was great. breakfast was good as well, a wide choice of things to eat. The staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful.

For breakfast I really like the hotels with real orange juice/ fresh. If you can not serve fresh juices, better not serve anything :) I had also a problem with the AC, I couldn't set it to make it warmer a little and it was a bit cold for me and I was embarassed to call at the reception during the night. Upon mentioning this the second day, the receptionist was very nice to me and said I should have called, no matter the hour and they could have fixed it.

Everything was great, starting from a nice and secure parking, entering in a welcoming hotel lobby, and receiving a very efficient check-in/check-out service. We had a suite on the third floor, modern, large, clean, with a thick carpet and underfloor heating. The living area and the bedroom have separate AC, working quietly and very well. The balcony offered a nice view on the surroundings and especially on the nearby Pitesti park. The bed was very comfortable with a hard mattress (so good for the back), blanket and generous pillows. The hotel has two elevators, running softly and very smooth. They provided very good internet connection, both in the room and also in the restaurant areas and lobby. We enjoyed our dinner in the Green restaurant, a very nice terrace with spots (table and chairs) surrounded by trees, shrubs/bushes and ferns. The hotel staff - they are doing an excellent job, friendly, professional and kind. The breakfast - excellent, plenty, various items, tasty, with very good coffee. Our staying was only for 2 nights and the time was not enough to enjoy the SPA services (the offer is sooo tempting) available in the hotel, but next time definitely we'll spend some relaxing moments there. Not to mention that this hotel is a pet friendly place, and we really enjoyed the time here with our Beagle, very excited for the walking in the park, or the laying on green cold grass in the Green restaurant, or the very good view from the balcony. Team Ramada, thank you for everything and we promise to return !

Time was to short for our staying here.

The hotel was chosen as a way stop that offered secure parking above ground. We were able to park easily. The hotel is modern and clean and offers a lovely garden bar to the side. The main town square is very close if Slatina is your objective. The General Manager is clearly aware of how his hotel is run and his communications were greatly appreciated.

We only had one poor experience which was with a member of the Reception staff, called Florentina, who refused to put the exit barrier down on the car park late in the evening - one of our principal reasons for being there (secure parking). Her attitude and combative / patronising customer relations style left a poor impression on what was otherwise an enjoyable stay. To the hotel's credit, the General Manager called me in the morning and sincerely apologised for her behaviour - we had not complained so I assume one of her team did so.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was very good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Love it and definitely recommended!! They give us an upgrade for the room and we had an awesome apartment with a great view. The receptionist, Ms. Cristina (I hope I don't get the name wrong 😊) was so lovely and helpful, as well Ms. Daniela were so nice with us. Top Hotel in Slatina town!

Suites are Fabulous - spacious, with comfortable beds and spectacular views from the balcony Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, with interesting wines on the list & some great craft beers from a local micro-brewery at the bar The included breakfast was very good - plenty of choices available and staff on hand if anything needed topping up All staff were very helpful

The suite on the 9th floor was absolutely lovely. The hotel has a very nice garden where you can relax and have a drink. The breafast buffet is very good. The staff is exceptionally friendly.

It was a lovely hotel with great staff. Very accommodating to our requests and when we had issues, they sorted them immediately. I would highly recommend Ramanda to all who want to go, I would suggest getting a larger room with a lounge if you wanted it to be more comfy.

This was a great find! I expect that most tourists don’t go this far south on Romania but I was on my way to explore Bulgaria after cruising the Transfagarasan and was looking for a nice place for a quick stop. This place turned out to be perfect. While parking is not “secure” it is definitely restricted and watched, so I felt comfortable parking my motorcycle here. The hotel lobby is cool and welcoming. Reception (and check out) was quick and efficient. I was (kindly) upgraded to a suite (just because it was available!) The suite was on the third floor and was large and very modern. Thick carpet and underfloor heating along with sectioned AC (one for living area, one for the large bedroom) worked quietly and very well. The water pressure was excellent in the shower. There were two elevators so I never did have much of a wait. I didn’t try the spa or fitness center but did have an opportunity to try out the “terrace” where there was a bar and they served food. The service was excellent as was the drink and dinner. The room was a quiet respite after being on the road all day. The bed was comfortable with a weighted blanket and soft pillows. Breakfast was served buffet style with lots of great options. I didn’t have time to explore more of Slatina but the hotel offers some history on the town and suggestions for places to visit while there.
