Positives: - very close to the walkable city center, 2 minutes - room a comfortable size for short stay - soft towles - minibar in room with decent prices

Could be better: - could have been more clean, some of the bathroom faucets were not the cleanest and did not work 100%, found a bug in the bathtub; - 2 keys would be nice, instead of just 1 per room - hotel haa no restaurant, no bar of ita own - hitel offered parking at double the costs compared to street parking, even if on booking it said that parking is included.

helpful and friendly staff. location is perfect, 3 min walk to city centre and Christmas market. big shower room and good water pressure when you take a shower. very good value for money. breakfasts is plentiful, vegan options, big portions, clean and tidy restaurant would definitely come back and reccomend.

bed was a bit dodgy but can't complain too much. furniture is a bit old, could do with a refurbish

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, when visiting the Christmas Market in Craiova. We stayed on the 3rd floor, but the hotel has an elevator. The staff was very nice and helpful and breakfast was excellent. I was surprised to see a great variety of vegetal based foods, which was a great thing. The hotel did not have a parking lot, but it was easy to find one very close.

It is not necessarily a bad thing, but our window was to an interior space, so no view, and in the morning the smell of food waked us up :).

Central location, right near the old town and university

The bathroom had old furniture, some of which was either broken or dirty, the shower cabin was not clean enough. The room carpet had stains on it, the bed was double but the blanket was for a single bed. The breakfast was very poor and some of the things were oxidised…I would rather recommend to save the money and grab something from a shop. You will always see the beautiful blue room in photos but ours didn’t look that nice. I don’t think it fits the 3 stars hotel label anymore, it was definitely in the past but they didn’t invest anymore, and things started to look cheap or too old.

super location right in the city center; breakfast very good, many choices; room was good enough but not something wow....

the room electricity device was broken( the place where we keep the card ); for a triple room was too small space; staff did not check what is missing from the bathoroom, they only broght something when we asked.

Perfect location just in the center of the city. Outstanding staff, perfect location of the parking lot. Breakfast was decent and tasty.

The work of the air conditioner - really needs the modernization of the system. It was working but it was not powerful and cooling the space efficient.

The parking was difficult, but I knew I will have problem with the parking, but I parked it in the underground parking 200 meters in front of the hotel in a very good prize for two days.

A wide variety of tasty and local dishes for breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. The location is just in the centre next to the pedestrian streets

It is just the style I don't like in some parts - cheap rococo glam. In the bath,there are some old-looking utensils with some repairs made that look unneaty

The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. The rooms are very clean and the location is just top notch. Our trip was for the Christmas market and decorations at the center of the city, exactly where the hotel is located.

on the arrival day I found two dead cockroaches in the bathroom staff on arrival less friendly than expected very hot in the room and there was no option to adjust the heat
