We asked to do earlier check in and they accepted but when we come early they asked to pay 60 Ron because we came 2 hours before

Very nice hotel. The man working in reseption was serviceminded and interesting speaking with. Room big and comfy, bathroom especially big, with easy access shower. Beds so good to relax in, strange that not all hotels have the same quality. Minibar is never negative.. Then to our highlight, dinner. Fantastic food, prepared to perfection from kitchen. I ate t-bonesteak, and my wife duck. We for sure are returning to this restaurant later. When service also are up there, we only can say this quality to a reasonable price, is a bargain. Also there is a swimmingpool at site, really nice area. About breakfast everything of course was high quality. A hotel placed nearly Promenade Shopping center, were security was taken care of, parking excellent, in bathroom an alarm if you get sick/fall, way to go!

If it was something, only that aircondition was not the most effective in our room, maybe only some adjustment. It got down temperature, but it was little slowly. (Room 106). A small thing, but....

Language barrier with some staff but we got there in the end.

We chose this hotel because it is close to our customer's and partner's offices. Otherwise it may be rather far from the city center for some guest. Room was rather small but cosy and clean. There is excellent and very helpful staff at the reception. Decent on site restaurant serving also a tasteful breakfasts. Breakfasts are rather standard, but enough for the job. All in all, we were satisfied and could safely recommend this lovely hotel with friendly staff to anyone.

Very clean, with high quality Rituals cosmetics. The furnishing a were new and the rooms smelled very nice.

It’s at a busy intersection but the windows provided good isolation from the traffic noise. The parking can be a little better. It’s tiny and has no space.

Good parking space. Staff are very well trained, but not so friendly. Elevator is very slow but spacious. Very nice big room, quiet, big size shower. Good breakfast and extremely fancy restaurant.

Staff could be a little bit more friendly and warm. No drink in the room small fridge.

It has a standart but enough breakfast. The room and bathroom was clean.

The airconditoner is working quite loudly but due to hot wheather AC was triying to the best. If you open the window then AC stops but there was noise due to main road just in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was ok . Location easy to arrive. THey can put LID OPENER to beer and coke etc

Parfume smell on the all coridors Its not good for alerjic asthma and koah patients .Maybe they can change this

La Roca Boutique Hotel is a cozy boutique hotel near the new Promenada mall. We were happy as we encounter there exceptional services, great staff, clean and comfortable room, very good Julius Meinl coffee and delicious breakfast. Above all they are pet friendly. Thank you La Rocca for nice stay and for sure we will comeback.

Staff was friendly thank you to reception boys and waiters

Nobody came and cleaned the room or change bed shits even i told you lady at the reception. Stayed there 4 days and they only gave me clean towers thats all. Unhappy with that service.
