Very nice and new room, and the hotel itself was also stylish – above my expectations. Seemed good and quite. There is a jaccuzzi (open until 21) on 4th floor, which was very nice and had beautiful city views. Note: The mentioned terrace area was with the jaccuzzi, not with the room (from the description I thought the room had a balcony, but that was a misunderstanding - I am fine with that).

The sauna next to the jaccuzzi was out of order, but I suppose they will fix it soon, and I anyway preferred the jaccuzzi. The breakfast had a good selection, but did not start before 7:30. That was very late for me, since I had to catch the only train to Budapest at 8:13 (I chose the hotel since it was relatively close to the train station, 15-20 min walk with luggage). I was offered to have a snackpack, but decided to have a very quick 10-15 min breakfast instead. If breakfast had started 7:00 or earlier, I would give 10 points instead of 9 - wouldn’t need to rush the breakfast so much. I suppose I am not the only one having to take that train, since it is the only one.

I had breakfast included in my reservation which I didn't get. At the check in it wasn't told that the breakfast is at 8:00 clock next morning (I ask twice the time), and at the next morning when I was ready to eat breakfast at 8 clock I ask the lady from the reception where, in which room they serve breakfast she told me that she doesn't know...I say that I have to catch a train and, and I would like to have breakfast.... unfortunately she couldn't help me (her attitude was ok, it was really ok).

I absolutely love my stay there,the hotel staff and facilities are amazing,super clean and lovely ladies at the reception ,very helpful.the hotel is 3 min from the university and all the places you need,very conveniently located but as well very quiet away from the main streets.The breakfast was a delight,so many choices...I could not believe it-was included for free as well.the roof terrace is giving you a beautiful view of the city and the sauna is very clean and inviting.For sure the best place to stay in craiova-all what you need is there.Keep up with the good work and for sure I will return there again!Very large and lush room was a super bonus.Multumesc-Cosmin-Londra.

cozy hotel, nice staff, good breakfast, close to the center

carpets in the hallway and rooms are awfully stained, looking really dirty even if the room was clean it still felt bad having fluffy carpets but not taking good care of them is a really bad idea, it gives the hotel a dirty, unsanitary look the bathroom sink was missing the drain cap, the shower head was all calcified and fixed at about waist height the terrace in one of the 2nd floor rooms was full of cigarette butts from the previous guests

Clean, equipped and well heated rooms. The staff were very helpful and nice. The hotel is rather close to the city center, but far enough to be away from all the noise.

There should be more variety for breakfast. The parking spaces were limited, however there is enough places on the street near the hotel to park for free.

Room was spacious and modern. 10 minute walk to the old town and restaurants and bars.

Air conditioning struggled with the heat. Breakfast choice was limited.

Good location on road from station to city centre. Ten minutes on foot from station. Good breakfast buffet and evening restaurant which was open to late

The lady who gave us the keys was impolite, she barely got out the chair to come and greet us, she did not answer our questions.
