Everything was great, warm rooms and big, nice staff and very helpful. Close to the city center, half a bus station and really safe. Even thelight was kind of night light which is actually for my taste and my son's.

Cleaning of the room when we check in was bad, especially under the bed stands. Good thing about cleaning is that they do it everyday, so don't know what happend then. Advice: clean better the rooms, as the hotel is beautiful and good.

The room was clean, spacious and lovely.

Our overall experience was positive. However, we recommend a more explicit statement regarding breakfast charges. During check-in, an attendant confirmed breakfast was included, but we were informed of an additional charge at checkout. Clarifying this information upfront would enhance guest satisfaction.

Great value for the money.Location of the hotel was superb,just few minutes walking distance from botanical garden park on one side and city center on other side. Room was mid size and nothing special but we had what you need for the 1 night stay. It would be great if you could add kettle for the coffee and tea in the room and maybe a bottle of water. Parking was free inside of the complex.

Bathroom was not so nice.There was a mold everywhere,broken toilet seat.Small shower cabin. No hair blower,no higiene set...3 star hotel should have these things.

First of all, is not the first time I've stayed at this hotel, and every time the staff was very friendly, very welcoming, the room was very clean and tidy, the breakfast buffet was stuffed with food so what more can I say, until next time 😊

The furniture, the towels, the bed sheets look very used, very old.

The room was extremely clean and had a huge space. I liked it. The bed was conformable. The location was very good, 10 min from university and 15 min far from the city center. The reception was always happy and ready to help with every question and requirements.

The tiles in the bathroom and in the shower cabin should be cleaned thoroughly

The room was clean and well equipped. The staff was friendly.

Even though I paid the room with breakfast included, we were asked to pay for the breakfast. It wasn't expensive but still it wasn't what we ordered.

The hotel was good, but the guy on the reception was excellent. He told us about the Easter festival, which we didn't know about and it was the best thing we visited.

Nice staff, nice location, near a park and the Botanical Garden. Quiet place, big room (four beds), big tv with many channels, cleanliness and everything functioning properly.

A bit rusty the shower (not badly), we didn't have very good natural light (a window was covered/cancelled).
