breakfast was not so wow few choices ,quality so so and no personell welcome you there or ask for roomnumber., room walls need a paintjob everywhere spots. of dirt ,bathroom smell bad and seen several crawling bugs ,staff knows because when we enter our room it stank awful like bugkiller we had to open window for air ,than for a 4 star no facillities in room like coffee/teamaker,not even a no disturb sign . there was a fridge but it made too much noise . last point please renew once tge pricelist of drinks it looked 10 years old and dirty

The location of the hotel is very good and communicative. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The reception staff is very friendly.

Poor internet connection if there is internet at all. Very slow restaurant with impolite and rude staff who behave rudely with hotel guests and do not speak English (in a 4-star hotel). They treat foreign guests extremely mockingly. The choice of food at breakfast is poor and monotonous.

This hotel is great for a short stay in the city. Location is great and really close to the city center. Within 10 min walk you are in the main streets. The neighbourhood is quiet. The room was spacious and really clean. The staff of the hotel was nice and responded quickly to our issue with the air conditioning in the room. Breakfast was typical as in most hotels, but enough to get your day started.

The receptionist when we checked in was not in the mood for work at all, he just copied my id card and handed me the key without explaining anything about payment, breakfast hours and etc.

Excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood between the station and the city centre. Around 15 minutes on foot from both. Despite hosting a large wedding party the hotel provided a private dining space with full menu for other guests. I had to leave early to catch a train and the hotel provided a very welcome 'breakfast bag'. The duty manager was very pleasant and helpful

Our stay here has been quite enjoyable and would gladly recommend this property. Cleaning is done every day and the bed sheets and bathroom towels were exceptionally fresh and proper. Our room on the sixth floor was large and airy, with a nice city view and also equipped with a mini fridge, slippers and bath robe. Functional, simple and clean furniture, new bathroom fittings, small toiletries and hair dryer, everything in good working order. The room heater is adjustable in case it gets too warm. The hotel has its own parking lot and there is also an outdoor terrace where you can sit at breakfast. Congrats to the young maître d’/head waiter who does such a great job every morning, at breakfast - he takes care of everyone and everything and all at once and honestly, deserves a raise for being such a true pro!

Minimal breakfast, with very basic options. The reception desk staff ought to be friendlier and more welcoming and also, the hotel ought to provide the guests with a closed room/locker for storing their luggage in case of early arrivals; at the moment, there’s just the possibility of leaving your bags at the reception desk.

Very luxurious for the price. Great restaurant. Superb room.

It seemed clean and had a good location

Had to ask for basic stuff as do not disturb badge and never got them. And the grossest thing - the soap in the bathroom had chewed chewing gum and hair on it

Great breakfast, great reception staff, informative, even borrowed me Iphone charger since my cracked for some reason and after 7 hours driving to Craiova running on battery fumes with no chance to buy new one after 21.00 in the evening.

Minibar wasn't plugged in so had to wait a little bit, but I survived :)

Absolute bargain. Modern hotel with great facilities, Restaurant was open till 10pm. Breakfast from 7am. I had clean and tidy room on 5th floor with view over city. Lovely terrace if the weather is nice. Helpful and efficient staff. Popular with businessmen.

Difficult to find anything wrong. It's an easy 15 minute walk to the train station and a little longer to get down into the centre.

Modern room design Comfortable, I slept well. Wide choice for the breakfast buffet.

- no soap in the shower (but there was soap near the sink) - the bread at breakfast is tasteless and of poor quality (but there are fortunately many other buffet items to choose from) - the lights in the room are too white as colour
