The owner is especially polite and helpful, the apartment is comfortable with a nice balcony, the price is really not high. It is difficult to find a parking place near the house if you arrive in the evening, but there is a Promenada shopping center nearby, where you can park your car very safely at night and walk back to the apartment in 2 minutes. I highly recommend it and many thanks to the owner for the excellent communication!

We had a wonderful stay at Puzzle Apartments & Studios in Craiova and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, clearly thinking of everything guests might need. Communication was excellent, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything necessary for a perfect visit – all we had to do was arrive and relax! The beds were very comfortable, and both the apartment and the building were exceptionally clean. The location is ideal, close to a supermarket and a large shopping center with a variety of restaurants, and public transportation is just steps away from the building. We highly recommend Puzzle Apartments & Studios to anyone looking for a convenient and well-equipped apartment stay in Craiova.

There was truly nothing negative to mention – everything about our stay was exceptional.

This will be a long review, because I have a lot of things to say about the place. First it is a very biker friendly place. First this is my third visit at Puzzle Hotel. And as usual it was perfect. I don't search for other accomodations in Craiova, when visiting and will probably continue to stay at the same place when in town. First - the service is perfect. The owner of the Hotel is a nice lady which helps us a lot. I remember our first time it was 2021. We arrived at the hotel and we needed to buy tickets for the public transport. The lady picked up on her car took us to a place for tickets and helped us buy them. During the second visit, because we arrived bit early - she welcomed us to the office of the hotel where she offered us water and sweets during the waiting. Additionally the owner is very responsive via Viber and other platforms. So this is a huge plus! When it comes to hotel services - the rooms are clean, bathrooms are spotless, sheets are clean and smell fresh, rooms also smell good. There are washing machines so you can wash your clothes if you are in need. In addition - there are all types of payment methods. Via card, cash or revolut... This is very handy. Facilities - there are rooms for couples, for big groups, for small groups. First two times when visiting I was with another two friends in a triple room. The beds were good, sleeping was excellent, bathroom was perfect, enough power sockets to charge everything. Currently I was in a room for two people and it was as good as it gets. In the rooms there is microwave , fridge, the basics, but are enough. There are small balcony or large balcony, depending on the room. The windows are very good, when they are closed no noise from the big boulevard is coming, so good sleep is assured. There is parking places enough for two cars and 3 motorcycles (big Enduro). There is shade and it is secure. Third - location. Well here we have things to say. It is a bit far from the city center.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable apartment was perfect for our family. The host was kind and helpful, quickly responsive to every communication, including when we forgot something. Laundry facilities were available, too. The location was great, easy to find, many places to eat very nearby.

Parking was the only thing that was challenging, but our host met us and made sure we were parked in the right place.

Everything was perfect in our staying at the flat.We have just made a small break on our road trip through the country of Romania and it was a surprise finding a so cosy and stylish apartment like this one in the beginning of the city of Craiova.We have the chance to see the sightings of the city without using our car just using only the 🚊 with low cost which was almost outside of the building.Thanks a lot for your hospitality.We will be glad and pleased if we could stay at your apartments next time visiting the country.

We are very satisfied with the condition of the house provided. All the equipment is available, including cooking utensils, laundry facilities, and others. The house is in a strategic location close to supermarkets, petrol stations, grocery stores, eateries, and it only takes about an hour to reach the Romania-Bulgaria border. In conclusion, we are pleased with the hospitality given. We will stop by here again next time if we visit Romania.

Very comfortable, clean and warm apartments and studios. We have absolutely everything we needed for our stay. There is some small kitchen but well equipped, including coffee machine, microwave, fridge, plates and cups. Also a nice balcony. Very kind and helpful owners. Near by there is a spacious parking free of taxes (next to some stores). We reached the center of the city by tramway 🚊 that stops right next to the hotel/building - four stations (10 minets) away from the center. We highly recommend this place 🙌

Perfect place to stay in Craiova. Close to Mall, in main road, easy to go to city center, friendly owner. We initially booked 2 night, and then decided to stay one more night. But the apartment we rented was already occupied for the third night so the owner did everything for us to acomodate early in the new room we booked for the third night. So everything was perfect for us. We will definitly return here when we will need a place to stay in Craiova

Everything was perfect. The host was the best we ever met, she helped us with the luggage, gave us some presents for the kids, was very helpful with how we can get to the city center. The room was spotless clean with everything you need at your disposal. We would definitely come here if we visit Craiova again. Also, the place is quite close to the city center/Christmas Market, we walked about 30 minutes, but you can take the tram 3/4 stations.
