Breakfast is excellent. Staff are very polite and willing to help. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and stylish. The location is on a quiet street but 2 minutes away from the centre. Excellent stay (our third or fourth, I think). It is our go to in Craiova.

If the hotel is full, parking in the yard is problematic. However there is street parking available. Also, for someone with mobility issues, access to the first floor rooms would be difficult. Just a word of warning

The hotel is tucked away on the edge of the old town - very quiet but accessible. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The lounge area is outstanding- so tastefully and lusciously restored. The room was clean, stylish and really well equipped. Breakfasts and dinners are delicious and the staff even arranged a packed breakfast for us as we were leaving early on the final day. We loved everything about this little gem of a hotel.

There is nothing not to like!

It was our first experience of a hotel in Craiova so I can only compare it to other hotels in other cities/countries. I guess as far as hotels go in Craiova, it's probably one of the better ones. Location wise it's perfect if you want to be in the old centre. You can easily walk everywhere from there. Our room was very spacious and decently decorated. The housekeeping was good and the breakfast options were great. Most of the staff were attentive and pleasant.

The check-in experience could have been better. There is no sign to show where reception is on the door, then the desk is quite easy to miss and was empty when we arrived. We weren't told the breakfast times or where it's served or any info about wifi - all pretty standard information you should receive when you check in to a hotel. Although the rooms are non-smoking, there is a lingering cigarette smell in the curtains and furnishings. The duvet cover is not big enough for the bed and the towels aren't proper bath size. One night we were woken up in the night by a guest who was shouting on his phone outside our room.

A beautiful hotel in an old palace, very well renovated. We stayed in the new side of the hotel in an executive suite which was very luxurious, clean and comfy. Literally 5 minutes away from the city centre.

Breakfast could've been better, more sofisticated for the price and for the overall vibe of the hotel. It's basic omelette, fried egss, ham and cheese and some sweets from the store (not homemade or anything special or high quality)

We did like literally everything - location (very central, but quiet neighborhood), beautiful building (both exterior and interior), private parking and excellent restaurant in the hotel itself. Initially we did not plan to have our dinner there, but it was a good choice to do so - all the food we ordered was delicious and the list of meals is more than generous.

If you are going for the Christmas event or you need to be near the center and you need a location nearby the place is beyond perfect. Very clean, the staff was very helpful. Good restaurant on site.

There is a free parking on site but it is a bit small and occasionally you need to repark the car or get it out of the way so other guests can leave.

Great hotel! The location is very good, a couple of minutes walking from the city center. It looks very chic, with vintage decorations. The room is big, with high ceiling and soft carpet. It has a very big and comfortable bed. The breakfast is delicious (including vegan options). The staff very friendly.

There are limited parking spaces.

- staff, very kind and helpful - the hotel is in a late 19th century villa, somewhat elegant and relatively well renovated - excellent breakfast - room and bathroom quite big, clean - great location, close to the old town - parking in the yard (if you are lucky to find a place)

- some stairs to go up and down, including in the rooms (our room was on the first floor); but it's not a big problem if you have reasonable mobility

The hotel is very picturesque and beautiful. It's clean and quiet. The breakfast was great as well. You could order a coffee and sit outside in the porch to drink it at your own pace. The staff was very friendly as well. The parking (if there's no spot in the hotel's parking area) outside is covered by the hotel as well, so nothing to worry about that.

It is a perfect! The room was very good -cleaned,hot, secure, perfect styling and location. I recommend to everyone.
