Wonderful staff so helpful manage to get payment complete as there were internet connection issues. so helpful even when I locked myself out of my room don't forget the card it does the electrics

The staff is very very helpful, friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate needs (in my case, providing sleepers when there were none in the room, being flexible for a late checkout as I needed extra time for an online meeting etc.)

The room temperature ranges from warm to hot. I appreciate having a good temperature indoors in winter (it happens that I usually travel to Craiova in autumn/ winter), but it is uncomfortable warm, especially at night when trying to sleep.

Location is walking distance from historic centre, next to bothanical garden. The area is not too noisy, anyway the hotel has a good isolation. The room had a great view, was clean ( clean check was done daily), spacious, good beds& pillows (it is something important for me). The breakfast was good, sufficient. No problem with parking places. Auchan next to the corner în case of an urgent need...

For us was ok but the shower cabin is a little bit small -just to know in case you are not a slim person.

Great location, near two big hypermarkets. The room was quiet, clean and spacious. Good value for money.

Good location on outskirts of town, next to a lot of shopping (Auchan etc) with nearby local gyms Squad Fitness and SanGym. Very Pleasant staff. Walked to downtown and train station, took inexpensive Bolt when needed.

Couldn’t get cold water from faucet or shower. Lukewarm was coldest setting.

Setting temperature in the room is very problematic. It is usually on the side of too hot to be comfortable.

There's no lunch available or dinner so you need to order or grab a taxi to have some dinner, the furniture doesn't reflect the 4*rating hotel and the appliance they need @upgrade
