The personnel is very nice and friendly. The woman who made my check-inn was super patient cause I didn't understand the procedure to change my room, she was very patient and helpful, and always nice. Everyone is very friendly and nice, the room super clean, the pool was very nice too.

How easy and convenient to find, the beds were comfortable.
the bathtub water was not draining properly, and the curtain rod fell off the wall.
