Room was clean and comfortable but water was just warm. Refrigerator was not clean. Everything froze that we place in there. The elevator was not working properly as I got stuck in there and had to push and pull the door open. Reported to the front desk but nothing seem to better it. Had to take the stairs and it's hard when you have issues with your legs. Otherwise it was ok.

The food is not covered and flies around

Pretty much every thing. The staff was great, very helpful and attentive to your needs. The room was kept clean and neat. The breakfast was good, they had waffles, toast, fresh fruit, refried beans,scrambled eggs, cereal, bagels, juice and milk, it was good. The outside grounds were also very clean. Overall a great place to stay. We will be back again.

The only thing that we considered not to be the best would be the dryer. The washer worked well the dryer took forever to dry the clothes. Other than that everything was great.

Beds were comfortable, clean, spacious and close to everything. Hotel is being repainted, everything looks clean and modern.

Would have liked to know that the breakfast was not being served ,due to a fire. Repairs and construction being done in lobby area. (Should cover the area to prevent dust all over the nice lobby area.)Gave out a bag with banana, apple and a bottle water. I had to go and take the kids out for breakfast every morning for our 4 night stay. Price was the same, I wasn't even offered a discount. Overall, a great place.

Friendly front desk. All was a great stay. For the acception of not having hot water. We only had warm water and the toilet kept running. There was some mold around the tub. I didn't report it or asked for another room as we were there only for the weekend. But I liked the location.

The reason for our visit was mainly for the pool. With that said the pool itself was great what was not great was the incredibly strong smell of chlorine. It burned just breathing in. My kids wanted to stay so we opened windows but still it was way to strong of a smell. We were only able to enjoy the pool for about an hour before my started getting a reaction to the amount of chlorine in the pool not to mention from the amount the jacuzzi was filled with white foam and the water was insanely hot with no way of knowing how hot the actual temperature was.

The location was very convenient. The bedroom was spacious, as was the bathroom. The towels were very soft. The pillows were also nice and soft.

The mattress was too soft. Breakfast was unappealing (hot dishes were not covered, and dried out).

Rooms are always accommodated to liking if available.

Breakfast is served but they won’t refill by 7 am mostly everything is gone and they won’t add more. A staff member was bothered by us being outside laughing and said if we continued and they called with a complaint we would be kicked out. Other than that everything and everyone else was good.

I requested a room on the first floor since my son does run a lot. Was told there was none unfortunately but got there and was able to get on the first floor with tile. Great room size and clean.

I did not like the smell of the room. It did not smell bad but it did not have a clean smell. Our cards were locked out 3 times for no reason I had to go get new ones but that’s fine. Some of the staff was nice and some just had a face that they didn’t want to be bothered or would answer with an annoyed tone when I’d ask a question.

The room was very large and did not feel crowded. The sofa bed was an added plus so our boys did not have to share a bed. The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous!

. The sheets on the sofa bed did need to be washed.

Breakfast was good kids actually ate eggs tasted good. Had flavor. Coffee station was great!. Pool time was good also

They were out of apple and cranberry juice. Pool felt like a sauna. Needed more ventilation.
