The breakfast was very good and had a good variety that changed during the three days we were there. The coffee was very good as well, I didn’t feel the need to get Starbys. The breakfast area is super comfy. The room was clean and comfortable, it was a standard room but we weren’t there except to sleep. The amenities (in room coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, refrigerator, tv) were good. I didn’t visit the pool or fitness center but if we ever go again I’ll pack for both. The staff was very friendly and inviting. The restaurants close to the hotel are Rudy’s, Starbucks, and a couple extra. Overall had a very good experience

Easiness of checking in and out, cleanliness of facility and amenities. Everyone was so friendly.

One elevator, made it hard to leave with the carts when trying to check out. Too many people on elevator. Hard to reach front desk when first arrived, no bell or any way of announcing other than having to shout Hello. Calling front desk many times to speak with someone about needing toilet paper and towels. Room service never came to our room while we were there.

The cleanliness of the room and how comfy it was. The staff was really attentive and joyful.

The breakfast options were limited and the pancake achine was not working properly. Breakfast was just regular, nothing too exceptional besides the sausages. The sausages were hands down 10/10

very clean, quiet and located in central area. it was birthday & we left San Antonio to get a break from 5 grandkids and my stressful job. I really juz wanted to Recharge in a quiet peaceful atmosphere

We were in Pharr for Family Funeral and Hotel is close to funeral home ( locación) was very conveniente but hotel room was clean and bed very confortable.

The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable! The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.

The AC wasn’t as cold. It seemed like it was on fan the entire time.

The first day was very good but the second day was not to to good there was not to much food out

They should have everything ready for when the current start ck out we we were out in the dinning area at 6:50 and the lady was putting out the food that’s no good

My stay was a short stay. Would have loved to have stayed a little longer. But next time I will book at this holiday location again when I’m in town!

The location is great. It is next to the highway and can also take back roads to avoid the constructions at the interchange. Staff was great and the bed was perfect.

The shower only had hot water even though the cold water was on. The breakfast was simple and didn't have much selection.

The staff were extremely friendly. Customer service was excellent and the breakfast was also quick and accessible.

There were numerous pests in the room, especially in the bathroom.
