Breakfast no comment there wasn’t really anything left by 8am, no waffle mix, no oat meal, no beans, no juice, like everything went fast , just egg and sausage, bread and cereal, but that really didn’t matter there was alot of people there enjoying their breakfast reguardless. But I still give it an excellent rate, with or with out breakfast.

Everything was nice, clean, and quiet. Very house welcoming Just very nice place to stay.

Affordability

Lack of staff accountability: Mainstays shares a building with Comfort Inn. The dividing door clearly delineated the difference - updated Comfort Inn, old carpet Mainstay...also, there was an immediate increase in temperature. I reported twice that the air conditioner in the hallway just inside the dividing door was pumping out huge heat. I was surprised that the housekeeping staff did not report the problem. Once maintenance turned off the A/C unit, the hallway dropped to a more normal temperature. Why wait for guest dissatisfaction before attending to a maintenance issue?

That the deposit is hard to get back and then they have the nerve to say they did not charge me the deposit 😞 very disappointed I had to call my bank and had to send them the prove that they did charge me deposit they should give better explanation that it takes seven days for them to return the deposit 😞 a lot of misunderstanding

changed rooms 4 times due to not wanting 1st floor, 2nd was stuffy smelly room, 3rd was because of alarm going off most of the night in the room next to us, fire alarm needed batteries, then 4th time for the same reason! Fire alarm going off because of batteries needing to be replaced.

Located off the freeway however better priced than other hotels. The room includes a full size kitchenette, perfect for a long stay. The restroom was a bit outdated but their flat screen tv was huge and mounted!

The restroom needs a big updating and a little more communication regarding giving directions how to get to the room since there are two hotels in one, therefore there was two sets of elevators.

Food was Delicious

The people next to us were playing music really loud late at night. I had to tell the front desk twice to tell them to turn it down. Our room phone was not working so i had to call from my cell phone. Finally, after the 2nd time callinf and complaining they turned the music down. It was 1115 pm by this time!

Breakfast was great. Two coffee dispensers would help with crowds. Bed was pretty comfy and we appreciated the ports for charging electronics. We also enjoyed the pool with towels.

Would have liked more plentiful supply of soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. Needed dish soap such as Palmolive or generic to wash dishes without having to use dishwasher. Refrigerator in our room didn't cool as well as expected.

Location, breakfast

The last two rooms I've stayed, the carpet are in bad shape. The gym needs attention. Bicycle not working. The weight machine not working, could use better ventilation.

The layout of the room, a comfortable bed, good proximity to shopping center.

It's a 2 bldg connection, and I was not informed when given the key. I had to go through a connecting door, plus that side had a humid smell, and the elevator on that side was not working.

Everything was super clean, the location is super good everything is really close , food & shopping.

My family and I had a bad experience in the elevator, the elevator got stuck and we were there for more than 5 minutes nobody noticed either .
