Decent location and ok amenities.

1. I asked for two rooms with 2 beds each. Got two rooms with one bed. 2. Asked to be on ground level or close to the elevator for one of the rooms as two senior citizens were traveling with me. Not only didn’t happened, but the request was not even addressed. 3. In one of the rooms the bathroom door ground with the slightest movement - annoying. 4. This weekend the hotel was to its capacity as it was a holiday in Mexico. Well, Monday morning although the breakfast area was full with families including children, at 9:30 am sharp, the area closed. No consideration given to the guests.

They were friendly, the room was very clean, it was convenient to the places I needed to go. I did not try the breakfast or the pool as I was too busy. I always need a fridge and microwave as I have to eat a special diet. Big roomy shower with good water pressure. Good AC. Close parking. The front desk looked up some local info I needed in about 5 seconds, just to be helpful.

Not a deal-killer and I agree with the environmentalism of having no coffee makers in the room, yet I prefer coffee before I get dressed and go in public. So I used the instant coffee I brought rather than go to the lobby for some.

Everything was good I have no complaints staff was was very friendly the employee who was running breakfast. The weekend of 2/15/25 and 2/16/25 we were there was so friendly and respectful .... She also was very apologetic about the pancake maker that broke that weekend.....

Well the only think that I had a problem was the hair dryer,there wasn't one in the room but I told the lady at the front desk, and she had one send to my room. and new at that so I didn't had no issues with my stay

I loved the bedding super comfortable, pool view, room and bathroom was super clean, breakfast was really good. Location was exceptional near the plaza mall, restaurants and close to downtown. I will definitely come back! Pool was clean too.

The receptionist was very kind and good service, Breakfast was excellent and location of the hotel you have everything near by... (Mall, Stores, Restaurants...

The body wash liquid bottle located in the shower was empty

I like the staff they when you check in. They made me feel welcome and where very kind to me.

That my refrigerator didn't work. That the shower was not clean and it had a poor pressure when taking a shower.

Supportive and nice staff. Good value for the price. Both room and bathroom were clean. Comfortable bed. Good option to rest after a shopping day.

AC is a little bit noisy but not enough to disturb sleep

Breakfast was great, hotel was clean, loved the brand name soaps and others, in a good area for food and shops.

WiFi was somewhat slow/sometimes didn’t work, but still good.

Good breakfast included, room was just what we wanted, would stay again.
